01:29Their legal team argued that the workers were not coerced into servitude, asserting they
01:36were free to leave the villa.
01:38They also suggested that the workers were appreciative of the opportunities provided
01:43by the family.
01:44Prakash Hinduja, a Swiss citizen since 2000, is part of the Hinduja group, a sprawling
01:51multinational conglomerate involved in diverse sectors including oil, banking, IT, cyber
01:57security, healthcare, real estate and media.
