The owner of four dogs who were kept in "horrendous" conditions in Rotherham has been banned from keeping animals for 12 months.
Kelly Hedger, aged 35, was found guilty of three animal cruelty offences at Sheffield Magistrates Court. After care, two of the dogs were rehomed, one is still in RSPCA care and one had to be put to sleep.
