00:11We've been using AI at Moderna since I've joined and so our scientists are using it regularly in
00:17terms of determining sequences or dosing and then we've moved on through the organization
00:25to other parts in terms of using AI. So 83% of our employees are using a chat GPT on a daily basis.
00:33We have more than 700 chat GPTs have been created by employees. From a brand and marketing
00:38perspective we're using AI to create personas, so research personas. So instead of doing a focus
00:45group we have an AI persona that we feed information to to see how that particular
00:51stakeholder or group would react. We're using it for content, we're using it for a brainstorming
00:57partner, and we're using it for precision and measurement and analytics. So there's a lot of
01:05uses for AI. I think really understanding AI in terms of developing a prompt, understanding what
01:12you're trying to get out of it, and making sure that the information that you feed into AI
01:16is the right information to help formulate whatever is response or information you're
01:21looking for. You know there are hallucinations, it's gotten much better, but I think it's only
01:27as good as the information that you feed into it and so that's super important and you have to be
01:32pretty smart about it. And so I think people are exploring and I think the more you explore and
01:37practice with it the better you get at it. And I'm finding you know when we first adopted it over a
01:43year ago, a year and a half ago, a lot of our employees were sort of like well I'm not going to
01:47use this and now they're using it on a daily basis because they're more comfortable with it and they
01:50understand it and so I think baby steps and learning and exploring is is really the way to go.
