00:00Everybody needs to train their back but not everybody can do pull-ups. That's why
00:04me and Liz have you covered with this all dumbbells all rows workout. We're
00:08gonna do three sets of each move and we're gonna start off with a hinge to
00:11row. This is a nice way to get a little bit of lower back action into things.
00:14Make sure to lower to about a 45 degree angle. Then you're gonna row up. Once you
00:18get advanced, you can do the alternating row. That's gonna get a little more core
00:22into the action as well. After three sets there, we're going to an incline row.
00:26This is a really good row where you can load up a little bit of weight so don't
00:30be afraid to push here. As you get more advanced, you'll hang your chest off of
00:34the bench. Then we can really reach for the ground. You're gonna get a lot of
00:37those small muscles by getting that reach and then pulling back. We'll do
00:40three sets here to aim for eight to ten reps on each set. Then we'll finish things
00:44up with the plank row or the long plank row. The farther you get your arm away
00:48from the bench, the better and the harder things will be. Either way, make sure to
00:52keep your hips and shoulders square as much as you can. You're gonna get a ton
00:55of abs on this. Try out all these moves. Let us know how the workout goes.
