KINDS OF KINDNESS is a triptych fable, following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing-at-sea has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader.

00:06Jorg is a great cinematographer in his own right, without a doubt.
00:09His cinematography sensibilities are way better than most cinematographers.

00:15I think we'll shoot Anamorphic.
00:19It makes you film scenes in a different way.
00:22I think we're at that point where we wanted to do something different.
00:26Anamorphic basically squeezes the image so when you project it
00:29it comes back out widescreen.

00:40Robby is so brilliant and Jorgos is so specific about composition
00:44and every film feels different.
00:46The films are just beautiful.
00:49Robby is such a master and him and Jorgos together are quite the duo.
