A mischievous orc lived in a village and pranked the villagers every night. One night, he shouted: "Everyone, the goblins are attacking!"
The villagers rushed out but found no goblins. The orc laughed, revealing it was just a prank. The next night, he shouted:
"A dragon is coming! Run!"
Again, the villagers awoke to find no dragon, just the orc laughing:
"I got you again!"
Frustrated, the villagers were tired of the orc’s tricks. But the orc found it amusing and continued his pranks.
One night, as the orc planned his next prank, he saw the volcano erupting and lava flowing towards the village. He shouted desperately:
"Everyone, we need to leave! The volcano is erupting!"
This time, no one responded. The villagers, thinking it was another prank, ignored him. Desperate, the orc set the farm on fire to get their attention. Seeing the fire, the villagers finally left their homes. They saw the lava and ran for their lives, escaping just in time.
The next day, the orc, feeling remorseful, said:
"I'm sorry for always causing trouble. It won't happen again."
The villagers, seeing the orc’s genuine regret, forgave him and said:
"You saved our lives. Thank you."
From that day on, the orc stopped his pranks and worked hard to rebuild trust with the villagers.
