00:21sitting, whatever feels best for you in this moment and bring your attention to
00:33your breath. Observe your natural breath without judgment, just noticing the

00:52Notice how the breath enters and exits your body, flowing easily from one breath
01:03to the next.
01:06Allow your arms and legs to relax, letting go of any tension in the muscles.
01:36I invite you now to explore. Create a place in your mind where you feel
01:44completely at ease. A place where you can be safe and free from stress. Take a few
02:02moments to travel to this calm place wherever it may be. Let whatever forms in
02:12your mind be right for you in this moment.
02:17Imagine the details of this sanctuary as vividly as possible. Take a moment to
02:38explore your calm place. What do you see around you? Is it a natural setting or a
02:47building? Notice the colors, the textures and the play of light and shadow. Does
03:03the temperature veer toward a gentle warmth or a coolness? There's no right
03:12answers, this is your place.
03:20And listen to the sounds of your calm place, soothing sounds lulling your body
03:28into a state of safety.
03:42As you continue to explore, engage your senses fully. Touch the ground and feel
03:54the texture under your fingertips. Breathe in deeply, savoring the fresh

04:09Safely nestled inside your sanctuary, a sense of calm washes over you. You fully

05:54And take the time to acknowledge both your dreams that have come true and the
06:10ones that may have been deferred or broken. Your life may have taken a more
06:21squiggly path than you expected and that's okay. Accept any emotions that
06:31arise. It's okay to feel all the emotions or even if you're not sure what you feel.
06:42Remember that every experience has shaped you into the person you are today.
06:59Consider what lessons and strengths you have gained from facing challenges. They
07:07have made you resilient and wise.
07:17And as you release what has gone on before you can go deeper into an
07:23awareness of the stillness and knowing that is within you.
07:37And let's take a moment now to consider some affirmations. You can just listen to
07:52them silently or repeat them out loud. I am capable of overcoming any challenge. I
08:04am worthy of love and respect. I'm grateful for the present moment. I embrace
08:19my past for it has shaped my strengths. I am constantly learning and growing.
08:34I am a work in progress just like everyone else. I am resourceful and can
08:47find solutions as I go along. I trust in my inner wisdom and resilience.
