00:17placing a bet when they knew the outcome of that bet, that is wrong.
00:23And so what Liberal Democrats are calling for today is a review of the regulation
00:29with respect to gambling and politics.
00:31We've got to have that to rebuild trust.
00:34And that should come as soon as possible after the next election.
00:37The Gambling Commission needs to head that up, obviously.
00:40It needs to be a really strong review of all the gambling laws.
00:43We can't allow something like this to ever happen again.
