Malaysians are urged to lodge complaints through official channels first before resorting to social media to address consumer abuse issues, said Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali after attending the closing ceremony of the 2024 Shopee Seller Summit on Thursday (June 27).
