00:00Are you aware that Trump is going to vote?
00:02Or was that a surprise to you?
00:03No.
00:04Were you aware?
00:05Yeah.
00:06Okay.
00:07I knew.
00:08What did he say to you about, you know, like, I want to do this.
00:09What did you ask?
00:10What do you mean?
00:11Did you ask Trump to call you?
00:12No, I talked to the president earlier today, and, you know, I know that some media organization,
00:18I don't know who said that he was going to be in Atlanta.
00:20I knew that wasn't going to be the case because he's coming in tomorrow.
00:23And he was just like, you know, what do we do?
00:25And I said, well, you know, I can just call you in.
00:26He goes, okay.
00:28And so then that's when he, when I called in, and obviously I think we were talking
00:33about deregulation at the time.
00:34And then after that, it was like, well, just let people ask questions to the president.
00:39And I think that's what people see.
00:40You have somebody who's willing to engage and talk to voters.
00:43I mean, he's on a, he's on a phone.
00:45He can't see who's there.
00:46So it's just really us in the room just talking.
00:49And I think it was a good thing for people to see.
00:51When did you talk to the president about running for office?
00:54What's up, man?
00:56Oh, yeah.
00:57Same question at the same time.
00:58Here's what I know.
01:00I'm not telling you anything.
01:01I know that.
01:02No, we haven't talked much about it.
01:05He's in that mode, I think, right now where he's going to make a decision.
01:09We'll see what happens.
01:13Well, no, I don't think so.
01:14I don't think so.
01:17Yeah.
01:25Well, look, I think, and again, this is me talking.
01:28I think that, you know, obviously you've got to have somebody who can hit the campaign trail
01:33and take, you know, the America First agenda everywhere.
01:37I think secondarily, it's going to be about who's going to be a partner when he's back in the White House
01:43to make sure that the agenda, you know, moves through Congress.
01:46And it also helps to take that message everywhere because, you know,
01:50the political attacks, unfortunately, never stop.
01:53They continue.
01:54And so you're going to have to have an ability to push the message, push the agenda, get that accomplished.
02:01And then you've got to take that back out to the American people so they know what's coming,
02:05they know what's happening, and then you can see the marked improvement in their lives.
02:08I think those are important things.
02:10And then on a foreign policy perspective, be able to be in support of the president, his vision, his agenda,
02:15to get our foreign policy back in shape.
02:21All you guys keep talking about it.
02:23That's why.
02:36I think to simply just talk about what his agenda is, his agenda when he was president,
02:40that people remember in our country, and how, you know, he will be a significantly,
02:45a significant upgrade, significantly better president than Joe Biden.
02:50And I think as long as he stays in that lane, things will be good to go.
02:54You know, this is a weird debate format by all the rules that I've seen, so we'll see how it kind of goes.
03:00But, look, I think the president and his agenda, what he's, how he's been communicating with voters
03:06across the country, relaying that in the debate, he'll be just fine.
03:09He'll come out with flying colors.
03:12You said there's a black race going on in the black community.
03:16Black people, I think black people are sick and tired of being sick and tired.
03:20You know, inflation comes for everybody.
03:23It doesn't see skin color.
03:25Open borders comes for everybody.
03:27It doesn't see skin color.
03:29You know, our men and women in uniform, if they're at risk because of terrible foreign policy,
03:35that comes for a soldier, whether you're white or black or whatever.
03:37And I think black people are seeing that.
03:39They're saying enough is enough.
03:40And even in here, talking to just, you know, black men who are involved locally here in Atlanta,
03:44run businesses here in Atlanta, you can hear the frustration in their voice.
03:48And I think that as long as Republicans and with the Trump campaign,
03:52as long as we take that message directly to them, those votes will be there.
03:55All right, guys, take it easy.
