00:41His sinister lyrics shocked listeners with their implications and disturbingly bragged that police were out looking for him.
00:47Authorities indeed were searching, as they arrested Camus just hours later.
00:51A 27-year-old was arrested the following morning in downtown after a lengthy SWAT standoff.

01:02Camus has been charged with Custer's murder and faces life behind bars or the death penalty if convicted.

01:13Opening Christmas Presents
01:18A man sits on a couch and opens some Christmas presents, often commenting on them and showing them off to the camera.
01:24It's a regular sight seen every Christmas morning, only these presents aren't his, and neither is the house.
01:30The man is Vaughn Taylor, who broke into a Utah cabin in 1990 with another criminal named Edward Deli.
01:36Deli found a camera inside the home and filmed Taylor opening the family's presents.
01:46It's a terrifying prospect, but the story only gets darker from there.
01:50Two men attacked the homeowners when they returned, killing mother and daughter Beth Potts and Kay Tita, and shooting Tita's husband in the head.
01:57Taylor was sentenced to death, while Deli received a life term without parole.

02:15Filmed on a smartphone, the unsettling point of view of this footage belonged to Abigail Williams and Liberty German,
02:21two Indiana girls who vanished while hiking in February of 2017.

02:27Police released the creepy footage found on German's cell phone, showing a man lumbering from behind and muttering,

02:37In 2022, police arrested and charged suspect Richard Allen.

03:17Chris Watts is one such killer.
03:19On the morning of August 13, 2018, Watts murdered his wife Shannon and their two children
03:24before disposing of their bodies at a remote site used for oil storage.
03:27Shannon was reported missing by her friend, leading the media to Watts' doorstep.
03:40He provided them with numerous interviews, feigning ignorance and pleading for his family's return.
03:45The police also made some house calls, and Watts can be seen openly lying to them in various pieces of body cam footage.
03:51Fortunately, the ruse did not work. Watts was eventually caught and given five life sentences.

04:15At approximately 4 a.m. on April 18, 2016, Midlothian, Texas resident Missy Beavers
04:20walked into the Creekside Church of Christ, where she conducted fitness classes.
04:24However, when a student arrived shortly after 5, they found Beavers dead, having been the victim of a violent crime.
04:36Investigators then combed through the church's surveillance system and discovered something completely horrifying.
04:41An individual in full SWAT gear was seen walking through the empty halls, opening various doors, and carrying a weapon of some kind.
04:48It's believed that this person crossed paths with Beavers and committed the crime before fleeing.
04:52Unfortunately, the suspect has never been caught, despite a reward of $150,000.
05:08Israel Keyes kidnapped Samantha Koenig.
05:10From Jack the Ripper to John Wayne Gacy, murderers who seem to choose their victims at random both terrify and fascinate us, simply because they defy moral logic.
05:19A prolific criminal, Israel Keyes was a known arsonist, bank robber, kidnapper, and serial killer who claimed at least three lives, but likely many more.
05:28One of his confirmed victims was 18-year-old Samantha Koenig, who worked at a small coffee shop in Anchorage, Alaska.
05:34We did spend a fair amount of time talking about his crimes and his offenses as well, and those times were definitely very chilling to hear him talk about what he has done.
05:44Keyes kidnapped Koenig from the shop on February 1, 2012, an act that was captured on its various security cameras.
05:50A terrified Koenig can be seen turning off the lights and talking with Keyes through the open window.
05:54He then climbs into the shop and ties up her hands before taking her away to his car.
05:58It was the last time Koenig was seen alive, as she was killed by Keyes the following day.
06:02He talked about the rush that he got out of it, the adrenaline, and kind of the high from doing it, and I think, unfortunately, I think he enjoyed what he was doing.
06:12McDaniel admitted four years ago to killing and dismembering his Mercer Law School classmate and neighbor, Lauren Giddings.
06:19Similar to Chris Watts, Stephen McDaniel was confident enough to give an interview to the news.
06:24McDaniel killed his neighbor, Lauria Giddings, on the morning of June 26, 2011, later dismembering her body and disposing of some of her remains in their apartment dumpster.
06:33Giddings was reported missing a few days later, and Georgia's WGXA interviewed McDaniel, who pretended to be concerned about her whereabouts.
06:40Yeah, Lauren was my neighbor. We're just trying to find out where she is at this point. I mean, no one has seen her since Saturday.
06:48McDaniel initially plays it cool until the reporter reveals that the discarded remains were found by investigators.
06:53With that shocking bit of knowledge, the killer's demeanor completely changes and he falls into an obvious panic.
06:59Are you okay, sir? I think I need to sit down. Okay.
07:03It wasn't long before he was charged with her murder and given a life sentence.
07:07The Björk Stalker Tapes
07:09My name is Ricardo López. It is January 14, 1996.
07:18For nine months in 1996, a pest exterminator named Ricardo López documented his slow descent into madness.
07:25López had developed an unhealthy obsession with the Icelandic singer Björk and grew incensed when she began a relationship with English DJ Goldie.
07:32An irate López then recorded a video diary chronicling his violent plot to kill Björk with a letter bomb.
07:38And I will begin a documentation of my life, of my art, and of my plans.
07:47Like a real-life taxi driver, López falls deeper and deeper into dangerous mania before mailing the bomb to Björk's London home and shaving his head.
07:55He then took his own life on camera, hoping to be united with Björk in the afterlife.
07:59Fortunately, police were able to intercept the letter bomb and it was safely detonated.
08:03At least I gave it 100% of the effort.
08:10Chileno Sánchez Receives a Threat
08:12An influential Mexican singer, Chileno Sánchez made headlines in 1992 after getting into a gunfight in Coachella, California.
08:19Sánchez was attacked on stage and defended himself with a gun, resulting in a wild shootout that left one person dead and ten injured.
08:26But Sánchez didn't have long to enjoy his newfound fame, as he was killed just four months later.
08:31During a performance in the Mexican city of Culiacán, Sánchez was handed what many believe was a death threat.
08:37Sánchez can be seen reading the note and appears nervous, wiping his brow and looking around with concern.
08:42But this wasn't a baseless threat.
08:44The singer was kidnapped and murdered later that night, and his body was found by farmers early the next morning.

09:17This infamous settlement was located in Guyana and was the remote home of the People's Temple, a cult run by preacher Jim Jones.
09:24The cult gained infamy in 1978 when over 900 members died from cyanide poisoning,
09:29an act that is now considered mass murder perpetrated by Jones.
09:35Numerous videos were filmed in Jonestown prior to the massacre, often depicting cult members and even Jones himself.
09:41It makes for horrifying footage, knowing that these people would soon be meeting their end.
09:45But perhaps the scariest video was taken by NBC's Bob Brown,
09:48who documented the Port Kaituma shooting that left five dead and eleven injured.
09:52Unfortunately, Brown was one of the deceased.
