01:39March when Jerry's talking about being all-in and they were talking about his
01:43interpretation of all-in is what is not what the fans were thinking like fans
01:46are thinking you're gonna push all your chips in and buy every free agent out
01:51there rat moving the draft do whatever you got to do and all-in the guy that
01:57was talking about this whether I read it or heard it or saw it he was saying

02:22you but I'm not giving you s until it's done and that included the you got a
02:28salary cap department you got a guy analytics department they are on short
02:33notice too so I've heard this and it's kind of like the pressure the pressure
02:38to you better succeed or you're gonna get you know you're not gonna be around
