00:003 to 1 he's going to jail, 5 to 1 he's hiding in the fridge with Boris, 7 to 1 he's not turning up at all.
00:20Okay, I've been asked a question and I'm answering it.
00:25There's no point to me continuing an answer if you're going to have to, they have not come to listen to you.
00:29I also advocate for much stricter controls on water pollution.
00:34That sort of feeds into the fact that when we privatised the water boards, the government lost control over what the water boards did.
00:41Reform, lots of you are clearly, you know, are critical of us, but we do stand for reform of our business system.
00:46ICS is a success, it's a charlatan, it's a suffragist in that regard.
00:49That's not the point, that's not the point.
00:52If you want what you wish, you can ask what you wish, we're the fastest growing business in the world.
00:56We're clearly a suffragette.
01:08Now I said suffragists, do you know the difference between a suffragette and a suffragist?
01:14That's a question, yes.
01:16He was up here in the 1970s, he was a founding member of the Centre for Alternative Technology.
01:21So, you know, green issues are really, really close to my heart.
01:25I think probably the most important thing is for the government to start telling the truth.
01:30Until the government starts telling the truth on climate change, so that people realise what the consequences are and what is going to happen in the future,
01:38people are going to sit back. At the moment they're promised that,
01:40I'm over consulted all with technical fixes and you don't need to change your behaviour,
01:45and everything will be alright, don't worry about it.
01:48But that is not the case, and I'm all round.
01:50Anybody that wants to buy a house in this area, faces huge, huge pressure.
01:56That's on top of debts.
01:58And yes, huge debts.
02:01Tens of thousands after going to university.
02:04How are they supposed to succeed in the coming years?
02:07I think it's a fundamental principle here in Wales that yes, there's a better support package than in England.
02:13But having said that, one of the key issues we have is that the funding formula for Wales is not appropriate to our communities.
02:21We want to see young people enfranchised.
02:24Votes for 16 and 17 year olds in Westminster elections.
02:28We've done it in the Senate, we need to roll it out across the UK.
02:32Thank you.
02:35Thank you.
02:40I'm generally very much in favour of devolution at the moment,
02:43because I quite like the Welsh Government and I'm not so keen on the Westminster Government.
02:47But if we had a Green Government in Westminster and a Conservative Government in Cardiff,
02:53I would probably not like devolution very much.
02:56The Green Party was pro-Europe and anti-Brexit, and that's all about working together with our neighbours in Europe.
03:02I see the Wales-England relationship as not dissimilar to that.
03:06I'm of the view that I believe that decisions taken closer to people are ultimately more often better decisions.
03:13And I think that's why I'm in favour of devolution.
03:16But devolution of powers, actually I agree with a lot of what Elwin said about devolving justice,
03:22that's a dead policy too to Wales.
03:24But actually devolution of powers shouldn't just stop at Cardiff.
03:27I agree with the Northern Irish and the Scottish have a much better deal for devolution than Wales does.
03:31I don't think Wales has a strong enough voice in Westminster and Whitehall.
03:34I think it's often forgotten about.
03:36The Reform Act is not anti-trans.
03:38A very strong tradition in our movement is live and let live.
03:42It's an established British value. People live as they wish.
03:45We would wish no harm to any trans person.
03:48It's curious to hear a Reform Party candidate talking about unity over division.
03:56I don't think we'll also apply any of the conversion therapy practices relating to sexuality and gender identity.
04:05But on a personal level, I think one of the biggest concerns I have is this polarisation and inability to have mature conversation on these topics.
