A family found a giant colony of bees living inside their bedroom ceiling. The 180,000 bees are thought to have lived for several years above the plasterboard ceiling in a spare bedroom in the property.
Beekeeper Andrew Card of the Loch Ness Honey Company helped to relocate the swarm back to temporary hives.

00:00Here we have a nice wee bee colony up in M&S, spare bedroom, dormer window, quite a big one
00:11this one, probably close on 80,000 bees I would imagine, all in your bedroom ceiling,
00:16maybe not the best thing for everybody.
00:20So we'll cut them out, we'll use the old bee vac now to start hoovering them out, get the
00:26comb out and then we'll proof the hole.
