00:00I am Noam Gamani. I was kidnapped in Gaza on the 7th of October.
00:03I was held by Hamas for 8 months.
00:06I was released by the security forces on the 8th of June.
00:10As the only child of my parents, and as the only child of my mother,

00:15the thing that worries me the most about my parents is the 7th.
00:19It is a great privilege to be here after 246 days on the 7th of Hamas.

00:34I want to thank the security forces and our army,
00:38the soldiers, the full-fledged personnel, the special forces,
00:42and everyone who took part in the rescue operation and risked their lives in order to be able to return home.
00:48I am part of the sad family of Arnon Zmora,
00:51who fell during my rescue operation and of three other kidnapped people.
00:56Arnon is a hero of Israel, and because of him, we are here.

01:22I am taking this position to remind you that there are 120 more kidnapped people in Hamas.
01:28Among them is Avi Natan Or, my son, with whom I was separated during the kidnapping.
01:33Although I am at home now,
01:36I cannot forget the kidnapped people who are still in Hamas,
01:41and we need to do everything in order to be able to bring them home.
01:45I wish for all of us to have quieter days,
01:48to be surrounded by family, friends, good people,
01:52and above all, to know how to love and not hate.
