WA to quadruple skilled migration intake in next financial year

Western Australia's skilled migration intake will quadruple in the next financial year to address severe labor shortages in sectors such as construction and health. This new agreement between the State and Federal Governments follows a 70 percent reduction in WA's State Migration Program allocation by the Commonwealth last year.
