00:00We are going to talk about a young man, you know that South and North Waziristan are those areas where we have seen a lot of drone attacks.
00:10This started in 2004 and these drone attacks continued for a long time and we have been telling you about their devastation.
00:17But we will talk about a young man who fought bravely and bravely at a young age and then became an example for everyone.
00:26The young man who was affected by the drone attack is Abdul Qadir who took up the task of illuminating the light of knowledge.
00:32He is running the movement of Qabali Islam-e-Talim-e-Inqilab and he is only 9 years old.
00:37As I was saying, this movement started in 2004 and there were hundreds of drone attacks in a year.
00:43Most of the people were affected by this and were deprived of their lives.
00:47But in the drone attacks that took place in 2009, he lost many members of his family including his father and brother.
00:54He himself was affected by this at the age of 9.
00:57So, let's meet him.
00:59The young man from South and North Waziristan, Abdul Qadir is with us.
01:03Because we often see that people's lifetime trauma cannot be healed.
01:09But Abdul Qadir has shown a lot of courage and bravery.
01:13So, Qadir, thank you so much for joining us.
01:15And of course, we can only express our regret for the unfortunate incident that took place in your life.
01:22But people are not able to handle such incidents.
01:25How was your journey?
01:27How did you encourage yourself?
01:29How did you handle yourself?
01:31Where are you standing today?
01:33What was your motivation?
01:34How did you reach here?
01:36Thank you so much for bringing me to Manziram.
01:40Actually, the bigger the incidents that happen to people, the bigger their mental frustration is.
01:51But since my childhood, I have been trying to take this in a positive way.
01:56And there is a wound inside me, a window through which I can drink again and again.
02:03I feel that this should not happen.
02:05I thought that this negative energy that is growing inside me,
02:10I should apply it in a positive way and bring this energy to fruition.
02:17So, Abdul Qadir, how did you motivate people to come here?
02:21Because obviously, you yourself are an expert in science.
02:24This itself was a challenging task.
02:27But you also motivated others to come here.
02:31How did you make this possible?
02:34Basically, I am a medical student.
02:37So, people expect very little from me that they will participate in such things.
02:42Along with my studies, I also participated in these things.
02:46I told people about the importance of science.
02:48I told them my story.
02:50If you look at it, I had two options.
02:53Either I would give up on myself.
02:56One option was science.
02:58Science showed me the light.
03:00Science took me to a place.
03:03And in the near future, I can use this knowledge to serve people.
03:08And I can also support my family.
03:11So, I tell people my story.
03:14And I motivate them towards books and education.
03:18So, you have lit your own candle.
03:22But what is the feedback?
03:24Is people's interest in education increasing?
03:30Yes, it is being greatly appreciated.
03:33In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, there are branches of our organization in many institutes.
03:38We work on mental health, health, public awareness, education.
03:44We go to schools and teach people and children.
03:48We also work on harassment.
03:51We teach good touch and bad touch to children.
03:54In Punjab, we are also thinking about it.
03:57We have cabinets and organizations in different districts.
04:01In Sindh and Baluchistan.
04:03I want to spread the light that I have lit from Waziristan to the whole of Pakistan.
04:08And to the people of the whole of Pakistan.
04:10We want people from different nations to come together.
04:13We want an exchange of cultures.
04:15We want to get to know each other.
04:17We want to get rid of hatred.
04:19That this is Punjabi, this is Pathan, this is Baluch.
04:21We want to get rid of these things.
04:23And we want to work together for a good cause.
04:26So, Abdul Qadir, what challenges have you seen in this?
04:29Obviously, people are attracted to you because you suffered a lot of trauma.
04:33You lost your family.
04:34But despite that, you are working on a positive note.
04:37So, people will obviously listen to you and follow you.
04:42Yes, a lot.
04:44First of all, let me start with my family.
04:47My brother is very supportive.
04:49I am the youngest of all.
04:51My seminars and activities are like this.
04:54The way I am older to them, they are younger to me.
04:57My friends support me a lot.
05:00And wherever I have spoken,
05:02I have tried to bring such things that people start following me.
05:08I have such commanding abilities.
05:10I read different biographies.
05:12I read different leaders.
05:14What were the qualities that made them follow me?
05:17So, I take those things.
05:19Then I tell others.
05:21I have a childhood wish.
05:23I also teach.
05:24So, I teach my juniors at the college level and at the organizational level.
05:29I tell them about teamwork.
05:31So, there are such qualities that people start following you.
05:36Great!
05:37Thank you so much, Abdul Qadir.
05:39And we pray that you continue your mission in this way.
05:42And you are an example for people who are affected by such incidents like you.
