01:07On that basis, there was a public consultation, public hearing, and wage deliberations by the members of the Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards

01:20that are formed by the government of DOLE, DTI and MEDA.

01:27The additional salary is based on the process that was carried out. It is based on the various wage determination criteria under the law.

01:38That is part of the review of the needs of the workers.

01:44It is also based on the capacity or capability of existing enterprises to comply with the additional salary that has been allocated

01:57through the wage order of the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards.
