00:04The Member will be aware that the A2 Bunkrana road works were suspended as a result of a
00:10decision made during when the Executive and the Assembly was down. The Bunkrana road is
00:17now part of the discussions around transport strategy and will move forward as part of
00:22that overall policy.
00:25That is very welcome for the people of Derry and for the people of Donegal, who use this
00:33road on a daily basis. What engagement has your Department had with schools and local
00:39businesses around this?
00:42Part of the development of the north-west transport plan will also involve discussions
00:46with relevant stakeholders. Businesses, schools and the local community are key to that, so
00:52there will be ongoing discussions with those stakeholders.
