00:00Kapuso, there was no typhoon, but there was a strong wind and rain in some provinces.
00:05It caused flooding and landslides.
00:08Here is the first news.
00:15In Gimba, Nueva Ecija, plants were almost dead because of the strong wind and rain.
00:21It lasted for almost half an hour and caused a brownout in the area.
00:26There was also heavy rain in the province of Isabela and Samal, in Bataan.
00:32There was heavy rain in that bank house and a few other barangays in Kidapawan City.
00:38There was up to 20 inches of rain in Barangay Dugong in M. Langkotabato.
00:42The catch basin of the area was also damaged because of the water from the nearby barangays
00:47whenever there was heavy rain.
00:50In Davao City, motorists were also allowed because of the flood.
00:55There was a big rock impact on that road in Glansarangani after the landslide caused by the rain.
01:02No one was injured in the incident.
01:05A clearing operation was carried out by the authorities.
01:08A few corn fields in some barangays were also flooded.
01:11The flood was in Datuhofer in Maguindanao del Sur.
01:15According to the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ,
01:19the reason for the rain in some places in Mindanao
01:22is the release of rain in Eastern Visayas, Bicol Region, Quezon and Aurora.
