00:00Yeah, PSA, don't hit up your ex again.
00:03Do you think that exes can be friends?
00:05No.
00:05No.
00:07Hey, we're the cast of That 90s Show.
00:09I'm Sam.
00:10I'm Callie.
00:11I'm Ashley.
00:12I'm Max.
00:13What's up, I'm Ace.
00:14And I'm Red.
00:15And we're in studio with The Hollywood Report.
00:25Season two sees Leia return to Point Place, Wisconsin
00:28for another summer.
00:29What's the biggest difference between season one and season two?
00:32I mean, honestly, I think just we're all a lot older.
00:35And you can definitely see that with our characters.
00:37They've grown a lot, I think.
00:39And there's a lot of new adventures that we go on, for sure.
00:42I feel like the way it was written, too,
00:43like, there are a lot more vulgar jokes.
00:48Well, like, we get there.
00:48We push the boundaries a bit more.
00:51And I think it's also, we just,
00:53we also just have more time together, I feel.
00:56Because in season one, there were a lot of cameos,
00:59and you really wanted to see the legacy cast.
01:02But in this season, you kind of get to really get to know
01:05the kids in the basement, which I love.
01:07There's more episodes.
01:08We have more time to discover our characters
01:11and really, like, work through who our characters are.
01:14And I think being in the second season,
01:16we've all really found that more.
01:17So we're just more on our element.
01:20From the start of these new episodes,
01:21right away it seems like the whole crew
01:23has gotten so much closer,
01:24and just that their friendships have really grown.
01:27For all of you, how have you guys grown
01:29in your friendships with each other
01:30since you started filming this show?
01:32It's just so much easier to, like,
01:33interact with everyone now,
01:34because we've, like, known each other for, like, two years.
01:37So I feel like we just gel so well.
01:40Yeah, it's totally, I mean, it's, like,
01:43that close of a friend group behind the scenes, too,
01:44which is really lucky and fun.
01:47I mean, we're all always in each other's dressing rooms.
01:49We get lunch together.
01:50It's epic.
01:51I think we're really lucky
01:52because we all get along really well,
01:54and we actually do spend time together outside of work.
01:57All of us, we also started hanging out
02:00in Max's dressing room.
02:01We started playing Call of Duty Black Ops 2 together.
02:05It's just every single day.
02:06And I think Debra Jo and Kurt would help
02:08with that a lot, too,
02:09because obviously they're on 70's show,
02:12and they just made us feel so welcome and comfortable.
02:14Yeah, they set that bar.
02:15This is a multicam show,
02:16and I feel like there are so few
02:17multicamera sitcoms on TV anymore.
02:20So many comedies are single cam.
02:22For you guys, what's the best part
02:23about being on a multicam show,
02:24or what do you like about it?
02:25It's so much faster,
02:26which I really enjoy
02:27because you don't have to worry about,
02:28like, okay, we move the camera,
02:30we get this coverage,
02:30then we get this coverage.
02:31It's like, you know,
02:32you have all four cameras running at once,
02:33and you're getting all of the coverage.
02:35So we can really just exist in the scene
02:37and move around the space
02:38without being like,
02:39okay, my camera's right in front of me.
02:41I need to stay facing this way, you know?
02:43So it's like, I feel like we are able
02:45to kind of become our characters better
02:48with the multicam.
02:49I really enjoy it.
02:50Now we're gonna play a game
02:51called So Fly or Bye.
02:54It's inspired by the 90s,
02:56but it's all your personal opinion
02:57on things from the show.
02:59If you love it,
02:59you want to see more of it in future episodes,
03:01it's So Fly.
03:02Oh, I like this game.
03:03If you don't like it, bye.
03:05Okay.
03:06Yeah, bye.
03:07Bye.
03:07Callie, bye.
03:08Okay.
03:09First one,
03:10Leia and Jay's relationship.
03:14I don't know.
03:15That's crazy.
03:16Wait, I gotta think about that one.
03:18Um, I think at different points in the season,
03:22it's fly.
03:24And then at other points,
03:25it's definitely like, okay, bye.
03:28I'm gonna say bye.
03:30Honestly, I just feel like Leia needs
03:33to pass the Bechdel test once in a while
03:36and like, focus, look inward
03:38and be like, I want to be my own person right now.
03:41But also love Jay,
03:43but also men.
03:44I think,
03:46I think fly for a little bit longer,
03:49but then there needs to be some separation.
03:50There needs to be a bye.
03:51You know, there needs to be a bye.
03:53At some point.
03:54There's always room for a bye.
03:55Yeah, always.
03:56But then we can always reconvene.
03:57Yeah, yeah, yeah.
03:58We can fly again.
03:59We can fly again.
04:01For me, it's bye.
04:02Because Jay, I mean, he's a Kelso.
04:04I mean, you can't settle down with a guy like that.
04:07Come on.
04:08Like, I'm a nice dude.
04:08Like, I wouldn't want my daughter Dane Jay Kelso.
04:12But he has a lot of sweet moments this season.
04:14I feel like we see the softer side of him.
04:16I'm going so fly in this one.
04:17Okay.
04:18Just like, I think that they built up
04:19a lot of really sweet moments.
04:21Yeah.
04:21Okay.
04:22It's classic.
04:23Nate and Nikki breaking up, but still hooking up.
04:26So fly, honestly.
04:28I feel like that's so fly.
04:29Nikki needs to, but also, that's fun.
04:32No?
04:33Is that not?
04:34Unhealthy habits.
04:36Don't get back with your ex.
04:37Yeah, don't get back.
04:39You guys broke up for a reason.
04:42Stay broken up.
04:43Yeah, I just think complete bye with that.
04:44Yeah, I feel like no contact, no nothing.
04:47Yeah, PSA.
04:48Wait, question.
04:49Don't hit up your ex again.
04:51Do you think that exes can be friends?
04:53No.
04:53No.
04:55Bye.
04:56Bye.
04:57Bye.
04:58That's tea.
04:59That's drama right there.
05:00I mean, realistic.
05:01It is.
05:02Like, so fly.
05:03I'm with that.
05:04I mean.
05:05Gwen and Cole is a couple.
05:06Gwen and Cole, yes!
05:08Fly, so fly.
05:09I love it.
05:10It's fly.
05:11I love them.
05:12I think he needs to come back from college.
05:13I think he needs to drop out of college.
05:14Yeah, once he's married.
05:16Married?
05:17Married is crazy.
05:18But like, what?
05:20Soccer?
05:21Over love?
05:22Soccer?
05:22Yeah, also he read the date wrong.
05:24Like, June and July he stopped reading halfway through.
05:28Like, come on.
05:29Let's just get some reading comprehension here.
05:32If you're going to college,
05:33maybe Gwen's too good for Cole.
05:34I love seeing Gwen's softer side
05:36and her more emotional side with him.
05:38Yeah.
05:39I know she actually was vulnerable.
05:40It was really fun too for like,
05:42Leia to be giving Gwen the advice for once.
05:44I thought that was...
05:45Oh my gosh.
05:46Callie loved that.
05:47I loved it.
05:48Oh my gosh.
05:49Don't get me started.
05:51You're her brother, man.
05:51Yeah.
05:52That's a question for him.
05:53I feel like, so fly.
05:56I think that's a sweet storyline.
05:57Yeah.
05:58And they're like, that's an interesting relationship.
06:01Kind of like you were saying,
06:02it's a realistic relationship.
06:03It's like, they're total polar opposites
06:05and opposites often attract.
06:07It's like, yeah.
06:08But again, they have great scenes together.
06:10So it's like, you want to watch more of that.
06:13I like Cole a lot,
06:14but I also want to see her with a different person.
06:17So I'm going to say bye.
06:18Jay and Nate's bromance this season.
06:21So fly.
06:22I'm going to...
06:23Yeah, fly.
06:24I love a good bromance.
06:26Yeah.
06:27Yeah.
06:27There's love there.
06:28Especially like Mace and Max,
06:30it's just a genuine bromance.
06:31There's no acting there.
06:32No, it's not even scripted.
06:34No.
06:34Beyond fly.
06:36Yeah.
06:37That's epic.
06:37It's so fly that...
06:38I've used epic a lot today,
06:39but that's just how I feel.
06:41Epic's a good word.
06:42It's an epic word.
06:43It's an epic word.
06:44I was just going to say,
06:45it's so fly that I was actually flying on top of your van.
06:49Well, you just won.
06:51Oh, that's awesome.
06:52Kitty getting litty at the field party.
06:55Oh, so fly.
06:56So fly.
06:57Get lit.
06:58Yeah.
06:59She was so, in that 70s show,
07:03she's a lot like,
07:04I'm breaking out my margaritas all the time.
07:06And I feel like she just needed to remember who she was,
07:10which is a party girl.
07:11Go back to her roots, party it up.
07:14So fly.
07:15So fly.
07:17So fly.
07:18Thank you guys so much for stopping by.
07:19That was so much fun.
07:21Thank you.
07:21That was awesome.
07:22You nailed the game.
07:23I feel like we...
07:24We nailed the game.
07:26That game was so fly.
07:27Yeah.
07:28It was so fly.
07:28The game was so fly.
07:29The game was so fly.
07:31And now we have to say bye.
07:32We totally do.
07:33We do have to say bye.
07:34Sam, great.
07:36And part two of that 90s show is on Netflix right now.
07:39Right now.
07:41Go watch.
