00:00Hi everybody, Building Commissioner in New South Wales again and we're on a quest now to start
00:05showing everybody what good looks like and we've been putting off a visit to this particular
00:10project because we just wanted to see what it was going to look like when it was given over
00:14to consumers and we're down in the lowest level of this building and I can tell you that when we
00:19started looking at buildings five years ago, this is not the standard we saw. We had mortar dripping
00:25off all the walls. We had water running through the storage cages. It was completely a shambles.
00:31We had cracks running across all the walls. How good it is to be able to call out what good looks
00:37like. This is an example and I was just asked would I have an industry event down here. Well
00:42probably next time I come down here I would because I'd like to have tables set up down here
00:46with all of our constructors in Wollongong and saying guys have a look at this and if you do this
00:52we'll be happy.
