Call for governments to urgently address gaps in system

There are increasing calls for governments to do more to support the nation's mental health system. Elizabeth young's daughter jade was killed in the mass stabbing attack at Bondi Junction in Sydney. She says family members are not finding it easy to get mental health support and she is now calling for reform to address gaps in the system.
