Participating in the Tour de France for the first time since 2018, Fernando Gaviria came 2nd in Turin, reminding everyone of his skills six years after he claimed the Maillot Jaune on his very first day in the Tour. Two days ago, he hit a top speed of 69.8 km/h and the NTT Predictor believes he can make the most of it to beat Jasper Philipsen in Saint-Vulbas.
