Andrew heads to Newfoundland, Canada, the easternmost point of North America, to experience life on "The Rock." Here, Andrew tags along on a diving trip with Newfoundland chef Jeremy Charles and crew in Conception Bay. Despite the cold water, Jeremy's diving buddies deliver and before long, Andrew is munching on raw sea scallop, sea scallop roe, and raw sea urchin. Back on shore, chef Charles takes Andrew to his restaurant Raymond's - voted Canada's best restaurant. Andrew marvels at chef Charles' cutting-edge twists on old-school dishes and the simple artistry that goes into each bite.
