01:26An evacuation of such a massive scale would only heighten the suffering of civilians
01:31and drive humanitarian needs even higher.
01:34Israel has increased the flow of drinking water to Gaza
01:37but experts say there's still not nearly enough aid
01:41for a population constantly forced to move.
01:44I can't do it, he says.
