00:38but if we want to upload these Item Attributes through the configuration package,

00:47then how can we do that, we have to see that,

00:50we will not go through the item card in this video,

00:53in this video, we will go directly through the configuration package,

00:57how can we link through the item card, you can see in the part 1 video,

01:03so let's go, open the configuration package,

01:07in this, I taught you how you can create a setup for Item Attributes in the configuration package,

01:21and how you can link two tables, so for this, you have to watch the previous video, part 1,

01:30I taught you how to create this in the previous video,

01:35so you can learn this by watching the part 1 video,

01:38now in this, what we have to do,

01:42if you want to cross-check something, you can cross-check,

01:46otherwise, we added two tables,

01:50now what we have to do,

01:57we have to export first,

02:01in this system, all the sample data in this sample company,

02:06it will come, it is showing two tables,

02:11select we are two tables, we will send it on excel,

02:20so open it,

02:22we will not change the name of the file, we will leave it as it is,

02:35this is the first table, Item Attributes,

02:38table id 7500,

02:41item attributes values table 7501,

02:48and you can click on any of them,

02:53you can see all the values in it,

02:56and you can use all the excel features,

02:58whatever filters you want to apply,

03:00if you want to search, you can put that keyword and search,

03:16now as you can see, the first table is Item Attributes,

03:19now you can check,

03:22id, name, type, unit of measure,

03:29so if you check row wise,

03:322 is for depth, its type is decimal,

03:36and cm means centimeter,

03:40if you want to put in inch,

03:43you can change the unit of measure,

03:473 is for width,

03:514 is for height,

03:535 is for material description,

03:56its type is text,

03:586 is model year, integer,

04:01it should be a rounded value,

04:05colors, you will get multiple choices,

04:09you can select any color,

04:11it depends on image and product,

04:152nd is manufacturing date,

04:19I created this for you,

04:21and expiry date, I created another manual,

04:25so there are so many things,

04:28now suppose I want to add more options in colors,

04:33if you want to add more options,

04:37first check the sample company,

04:41what were the color choices,

04:45so what we have to do,

04:49items, attributes,

04:53if you are using sample company,

04:56you should check the values,

05:00I have so many values,

05:02black, white, red, navy blue, sky blue, dark blue, ivory,

05:07and off white,

05:11if you want to add more choices,

05:15and your database is blank,

05:17according to blank,

05:21you can add more choices,

05:25item attribute id is 10,

05:28we will add colors,

05:31as a type,

05:35check the values,

05:39attribute id,

05:431st column is for item attribute,

05:472nd is for value stable,

05:51suppose all data is for value stable,

05:55value stable id, value, numeric value,

05:59keep the concept as much as you can,

06:03rest you can test on sample company,

06:07so the main table of item attribute,

06:11with which we are adding values,

06:15we will add a filter,

06:19you can write 10 directly,

06:23or you can select,

06:27this is for color,

06:31you can see the color,

06:35you can check the value selection box,

06:39you can use the search box,

06:43you can see the sample data,

06:47this is for clarity,

06:51suppose I want to add more colors,

06:551st is attribute id,

06:592nd is item attribute,

07:033rd is value stable,

07:07if you see the sequence,

07:1110 for colors,

07:15if you see here,

07:19you will get ascending order,

07:23this is for colors,

07:27which we learned in last video,

07:31according to that,

07:35when we did manual creation,

07:39all the colors were generated like this,

07:4387, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93,

07:47it is going in ascending order,

07:51I will make 2-3 more colors,

08:09I am not making more,

08:13you can make extra if you want,

08:21ok,

08:25I made this much,

08:29now we will check these 3 colors,

08:33we will import these 3 values,

08:37for these 3 values,

08:41if you feel the alignment is not right,

08:45you don't have to worry,

08:49it will be correct on your database,

08:53you can save it by pressing ctrl s,

08:57or you can save like this,

09:01after saving,

09:05remember I didn't do anything,

09:09I didn't do anything in this row,

09:13I just added values here,

09:17it will not affect the alignment,

09:21you can check it for testing,

09:25after that,

09:29we have to close it,

09:33and import it on our system,

09:37before importing,

09:41click on select more,

09:45if you want to check the included fields,

09:49you can check it,

09:53import from excel,

10:01choose,

10:05your file will be today,

10:09ok,

10:13your file is coming,

10:17select more,

10:21import,

10:25table 7500 in the package,

10:29item attribute contains 9 records that will be overwritten by import,

10:33do you want to continue, yes,

10:37already the data will be overwritten,

10:45now you have to check the database records,

10:49you can check from here also,

10:53we didn't add anything in attributes,

10:57we just added values,

11:01if you can't see anything from here,

11:05then what we have to do,

11:17so what we have to do,

11:29invalid no, it means our data is correct,

11:33we have to go here,

11:37there are no data migration errors

11:41in this record,

11:45it is clear,

11:49if there is no error mark,

11:53it means all data is correct,

11:57you have to do one simple thing,

12:01go to function and apply data,

12:05one table

12:09are processed,

12:130 errors found, 8 records inserted,

12:178 records modified,

12:21now the number of package records is 0,

12:25because only one table is selected,

12:29now next,

12:33till the time data doesn't go to system tables,

12:37it stays here temporarily,

12:41here also it is showing invalid no,

12:45it means our data is correct,

12:49we can apply from here also,

12:53now we have to do one simple thing,

12:57select more,

13:01after you apply data,

13:05you can only see in the database,

13:09because it will go from here,

13:13now

13:17what we will do,

13:21we have to check here,

13:25I have put page id create,

13:29first table is 7503,

13:33you can check here,

13:41item attribute,

13:45same way 7504 for attribute values,

13:49you can add for values also,

13:53values are not coming,

13:57you can see item attributes,
