Dengan demikian, perusahaan tercatat yang bergerak di bidang usaha manufaktur komponen suku cadang otomotif, elektronik dan sanitasi ini meraih dana segar sebanyak Rp71,4 miliar.

Perseron akan menggunakan dana hasil IPO untuk belanja modal dalam rangka ekspansi bisnis perseroan sebesar 54,39% yang terdiri dari pembelian berbagai macam moulding untuk mencetak berbagai komponen otomotif yang di produksi oleh perseroan. Emiten PART juga menerbitkan Waran Seri 1 sebanyak 680 juta unit yang menyertai saham baru perseroan, atau sebanyak 33,33% dari total jumlah saham ditempatkan dan disetor penuh. Adapun rasio Waran Seri 1 adalah satu banding satu, dimana setiap satu Waran Seri 1 memberikan hak kepada pemegangnya untuk membeli satu saham baru perseroan yang dikeluarkan dalam portepel.
