00:06I'm Victoria from America's Sweetheart's Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

00:09And I'm about to show you what's in my cheer bag.

00:17Oldest thing in my bag?

00:19That's a great question.

00:20This turner.

00:22Some dancers call it a pirouette.

00:23Some people just call it a turner or a half shoe.

00:26But I just keep her in there when I'm working on my solo.

00:29She was on the UDA Nationals mat when I competed with the University of Alabama.

00:34She's kind of seen the Nationals floor.

00:37As of right now, the oldest thing in my bag is honestly probably my curling iron.

00:44I have had this thing since my first audition in 2018.

00:49And it has done me wonders because once I have a curl technique, I don't go back.

00:54I have the same curling iron too.

00:55It squeaks.

00:56It creaks.

00:57And you can see the burns on this.

01:00So it's my prized possession.

01:03Oh, I always have snacks in the bottom of my bag.

01:06This is a fruit and vegetable strip because I need food wherever I go because I don't

01:10go home for like 17 hours a day.

01:12Well, I guess you could kind of string these together.

01:16But I have boot paint in my backpack because our white boots obviously get dirty.

01:23So we need to clean them up with some white boot paint.

01:26I don't know if you would say the strangest thing, but I feel like this is kind of unique

01:30to me.

01:31I always have extra and spare squad photos and my own personal, what we call, dancing

01:37girls.

01:38I always just want to have a spare in my bag to get a fan, say, hey, like, nice to meet

01:42you in case they come up and have that courage.

01:45I always want to have something for them.

01:46The most valuable thing in my bag is my journal.

01:48I actually got this from a teammate.

01:50And I use it a lot just to unpack things.

01:53I've got two pretty stressful jobs.

01:54So it helps to write things out.

01:56It really is a release.

01:57The most valuable thing I'll have to pull it out is definitely this cameo picture, because

02:03the very first time I walked into the locker room, they had this was the first thing that

02:08you saw when the doors open and instant tears because this moment took a lot of blood, sweat

02:14and tears.

02:14And there was a lot of adversity, faced a lot of challenges.

02:18And this photo means everything to me.

02:21I would have to say my liquid IV.

02:25In Texas, it gets hot.

02:27And especially during training camp season, I'm always one to drink a lot of water.

02:32But I don't really add a lot of electrolytes until I met the Texas heat.

02:37Ibuprofen.

02:40You always mean it.

02:41My hips hurt after five years doing that jump split.

02:44So I bring ibuprofen with me everywhere.

02:45It is my camera lights.

02:48I cannot live without these.

02:49This one's dead.

02:50But you never know when a photo op is going to happen.

02:53So you need good lighting.
