No matter how a terrible place the world is, there is always someone who proves that the good always wins. Maybe that’s the first and only chance given by a fate that has never been fair to you. The name of that chance that will change the fate of eighteen-year-old high school student Eylul (Oyku Karayel) is Ali Asaf Denizoglu (Gokhan Alkan). The story begins in a high school of a town in the Aegean region. After the two part ways, they cross paths again on the roof of Istanbul’s best hospital! The young brain surgeon Eylul tells her story while she gives a good beating to a group of bullies who raids the hospital’s emergency room. She was a rebellious girl who had changed schools many times and whom teachers didn’t want to deal with. Even when her father picked her up from the last school she got expelled from and beat her very bad, she did not shed a single teardrop. However, that day her whole life changes; the prayer of her grandmother, who ran a small hostel in Marmaris and opened her house to Eylul brings a miracle. "I wish you had a good teacher to guide you..." And he comes! It’s not known that why Ali Asaf Denizoglu comes to the countryside to be a teacher while he was a successful doctor in Istanbul. However, he is an extraordinary person who can touch people's lives once and change everything. This talent will save Eylul and make her a successful surgeon. However, he realizes the special feeling between him and Eylul too late, and lets her go. The two lovers - yes, Eylul loves Ali Asaf too, no matter how much she denies it - were separated, and years later they would meet again as two doctors.

This is the story of a girl who defeated by life, who has nothing but anger, but challenges life as a surgeon. It’s also the story of a man who will give her this courage, a guide who holds her hand and says ‘’You can do it’’. The person we all wish with all our hearts to have in our lives will always keep Eylul’s and also our hopes for life high. With love, of course...

00:48I went to the operation with Ali.
00:51It went pretty well. Now it's your turn.
00:54Your Ali is pure.
00:56I hope he didn't leave anything in there.
01:00I think you owe him a thank you.
01:08So?
01:09What is this face if I'm going to get better?
01:11Nothing.
01:12I can't move, but I'm not blind.
01:17You don't need to know.
01:19That's how we are now.
01:22My father showed up. It was a bit of luck, that's all.
01:25Go on, then.
01:30Move your hand.
01:33Are you going to keep touching me until I make you move?
01:36You're being shy even in this state.
01:39Try again, come on.
01:48See, you did it.
01:50You should choose me just for this.
01:53What?
01:55I make you laugh.
01:57And laughing suits you very well.
01:59Unbelievable.
02:00This mouth of mine is unbelievable.
02:02I'm doing this so you don't get stuck in the past.
02:04You're too much for that man.
02:07You need to be with someone like me.
02:09A pure and a liar.
02:11What do you mean by liar?
02:12You didn't tell me you were in jail.
02:16Lying is telling the truth.
02:19I never told you I was in jail.
02:22You say I'm pure and smart.
02:25Why did you go to jail?
02:27Never mind.
02:29We said it was a cliché.
02:30I'm going to break your bones.
02:32Leave the cliché and tell me.
02:34Is there such a thing as hypocrisy?
02:38You said you'd tell me after the surgery.
02:40Will you tell me?
02:41Okay, fine.
02:48It's about the girl.
02:50The girl? How?
02:51What?
02:53Can't we love?
02:54Love?
02:56You love her, but I don't understand how she ended up in jail.
03:00We made the jealous husband angry.
03:01Then we shot him.
03:05I guess you won't ask for the details.
03:07Look at Kazanova.
03:09He's been through a lot.
03:12Not everyone is like you, girl.
03:13Not everyone rejects this handsome man.
03:16I'm going.
03:17You should rest a little.
03:18Let your chin rest.
03:20Don't be surprised if I run away.
03:22I wouldn't be surprised if you ran away like this.
03:25I'd even get used to it.
03:46Talk, dog!
03:48He won't talk.
03:49He won't talk.
03:51Get out of here.
03:54How dare you cheat on my girl with my money?
03:56Who the hell are you?
03:59Where is my money, dog?
04:06Where is it?
04:07Where is it?
04:09Where is the girl?
04:10Talk!
04:12Talk!

04:21Money.
04:22What the hell is he talking about?
04:24What the hell are you talking about?
04:25Talk!
04:26Money.
04:27In America.
04:29Yes, money.
04:30He says America.
04:31We have money.
04:32Dollars.
04:34He's still making fun of me.
04:37Give him his punishment.
04:38But don't let him die.
04:40Let him rot.
04:41Then hand him over to the police.
04:43Let him regret not dying.
04:45Let him regret not dying.
04:50Get up!
05:16Ms. Sezen, the symptoms show that you have E. Coli Tremor.
05:20Tremor?
05:21How?
05:22What's the reason?
05:24I guess it's a genetic basis.
05:26But what's important is how we're going to deal with this tremor in your hand.
05:31That's why I'm planning to do DBS.
05:34Deep Brain Stimulation.
05:37So, it's a conscious brain surgery to see the electrical signal in the deep areas of the brain...
05:42...and to prevent the tremor in your hand.
05:47Your consciousness will be clear during the operation.
05:50I think I've seen this in a movie before.
05:53Doesn't it hurt a lot?
05:55No.
05:56The brain can't feel the pain.
05:58You'll be under anesthesia when we open the dorsal vertebrae.
06:02What if you can't destroy the tremor in my hand?
06:06That's also a possibility.
06:08There may be some complications.
06:11Staying in a coma, paralysis, brain hemorrhage, constipation, permanent or temporary nervous breakdown.
06:18These can be complications.
06:21But besides that, our success rate is 90%.
06:25What? 90%?
06:28I thought you were going to say I'm going to die.
06:31I thought you were going to say I'm going to die.
06:33You gave me the world right now.
06:35Thank you so much.
06:38You can't get away with such a dry thank you.
06:41First, you're going to bring our country, Turkey, to a gold standard.
06:44Then we'll pay.
06:46What do you mean? Will I be able to go back to archery?
06:48Yes.
06:50Doctor, I'm really grateful to you.
06:52You can't give a better news.
06:57Can I ask you a small favor?
06:59Can I publish my operation live?
07:05Why?
07:07You won't believe it, but so many false news have been written about me that you can't even guess.
07:12I will prove to everyone that I am not an alcoholic.
07:15I'm just sick.
07:17You really don't want to do this?
07:20Yes. I want them to see how much effort I have made for my country.
07:24Okay, good.
07:26I'll let you do it.
07:27You can publish it.
07:29Let's show it all over Turkey.
07:32Even all over the world.
07:48Can your aunt be playing games around here?
07:52Look, let's look at a corridor like this.
07:55Yes, it could be.
07:57I still want to ask for an advice, aunt.
08:00What was on it?
08:02There was a stage costume.
08:04There was a hat on his head.
08:07I got it, aunt.
08:09Let's find your Minnoş as soon as possible.
08:11Aunt, maybe your Minnoş has gone to the doctor.
08:14What's your last name, aunt?
08:16Türkoğlu.
08:20Excuse me.
08:22Nisa Türkoğlu. For whom is the appointment?
08:25Of course, one second.
08:27Oğuz Dağ Çakrak.
08:30Mr. Deniz Gözlü.
08:32Yes?
08:34It's nothing. I know him.
08:36I'll find him.
08:38Come, aunt.
08:42Let's go this way.
08:44No, aunt.
08:46Let's go that way.
08:48Mr. Oğuz.
08:50Esma.
08:52She remembered my name.
08:54I think she's in love with me too.
08:57Welcome.
08:59Thank you.
09:01What's up? Did you come with Eylul?
09:03No.
09:05My aunt came to my cafe.
09:07She lost her grandson.
09:09What grandson?
09:11I mean Minnoş.
09:13She lost her Minnoş.
09:15I got it.
09:17Okay, then.
09:19I was going to watch an important surgery.
09:21But let me see you first.
09:23Then let's take a look together.
09:25Okay, aunt. Come on.
09:27Did you see Minnoş?
09:29Minnoş? Of course.
09:32We'll find him.
09:34Maybe he's waiting for you in my room.
09:36I hope so.
09:38I hope he's in your room.
09:40I hope so.
09:57Look at this tremor cell.
09:59Active nerve cells that cause tremor.
10:02You're loading the intramural ventral of the brain.
10:05Very interesting.
10:07I don't feel anything.
10:09Is something going wrong?
10:11There's nothing to be afraid of. Don't worry.
10:13I told you.
10:15The brain can't feel the pain.
10:17I don't feel anything.
10:19I don't feel anything.
10:21I don't feel anything.
10:23I don't feel anything.
10:25I don't feel anything.
10:27The target has been seen.
10:32It's almost over.
10:35Talk to the patient.
10:37How do you feel?
10:39My head is empty.
10:41As if I'm a leading actor in a science fiction movie.
10:44How does your hand tremble?
10:46The same.
10:48Let's set it to 130 hertz, 0.5 amps.
10:50Let's give it another shot, guys.
10:57Fine.
