03:48And the annual price of imported oil is 3.5 billion dollars.

04:14I and the honorable members of our cabinet decided two or three months ago

04:24that we will gradually create a business model for these 10 lakh tube wells running on oil.

04:32And we will borrow money from these farmers.

04:39We will borrow money from them.

04:44And we will create a business model for them.

04:49And we will bring these 10 lakh tube wells running on oil to Shamsi Tawanai as soon as possible.

04:58Because Shamsi Tawanai, solar energy, is available at the lowest prices in the world today.

05:11And a country like Pakistan, which has been enriched by the rays of the sun,

05:19will benefit from this.
