00:08He issued this warning after embattled Bamban Mayor Alice Kuo sent a letter informing the

00:14Senate that she cannot attend the hearing tomorrow due to her health condition.

00:19In the letter, the local chief executive explained her health condition has not improved and

00:24in fact actually worsened.

00:26She stated this in connection with her previous explanation for not attending the June 26

00:31hearing wherein Kuo cited she was not physically and mentally fit.
