00:00All right, Mojo, moving on to J.J. Watt, of course, the retired NFL superstar who is absolutely
00:12going to be a first ballot Hall of Famer soon, unless he is gearing up for an NFL comeback,
00:19Mojo.
00:20So, of course, J.J. Watt, who was for his very long NFL career, he was a five time first
00:28team All-Pro, five time Pro Bowler.
00:30The guy had nearly 115 sacks.
00:32He is about as good as it gets as far as a pass rusher on the defensive line.
00:36Mojo, he is in better shape than he ever was as a football player.
00:40That is what I am going to tell you right now as a guy who knows nothing about fitness.
00:44J.J. posted, there it is, he posts a photo and I mean, I don't know what to say, Mojo.
00:52A lot of guys let themselves go in retirement, especially professional athletes.
00:56He is absolutely ripped.
00:58I don't know if there's an ounce of fat on him, Mojo.
01:01I don't know if this means that he could possibly be thinking of coming back.
01:05Maybe coming back is like a running back, for crying out loud.
01:08He's in such good shape.
01:09Maybe he's transforming himself into a bodybuilder.
01:13I don't know.
01:14I do know J.J. Watt looks absolutely amazing, in my opinion.
01:17Yeah, yeah.
01:18Brother is shredded, Babcock.
01:19I mean, we always knew J.J. was a gym rat for sure, but this is next level.
01:27This is what happens when you don't have to study a playbook and prepare for a game and
01:31make sure your body's rested and then go straight from football practices to the gym.
01:36This is when you get to cut out an entire career and just be a gym rat full time, man.
01:41I used to talk to J.J.'s former strength coach, actually, Sean Hayes, who was our strength
01:48coach in WWE for 10 years before now being the strength coach at the UFL.
01:53He used to tell me all about J.J.'s workout habits.
01:56Actually, we used to compete back and forth through Sean, actually, but this dude was
02:02insane.
02:03So, I'm not surprised one bit that he's focusing on training this hardcore.
02:08I mean, my guy knows his lighting, right?
02:10He's got the shadow game on point.
02:14Who knows what's really going on behind the scenes there, but I want to know what his
02:18body weight is, Babcock, because sometimes these linemen, they drop 50 pounds.
02:23And, essentially, they look like that, you know?
02:25Right.
02:26Well, Mojo, talk about that.
02:27As a guy who wouldā€”and not too bad yourself, Mojo.
02:32That's really, that's truly jacked.
02:35That's not Photoshop.
02:36It looks like you gained weight, actually, in that photo, like you actually quit the
02:41gym because usually you're way more jacked than that.
02:43Well, what I did, I knew I was going to J.J.'s house and I didn't want to make him feel
02:47too bad about himself, Mojo, so I did let myself go there for a few days.
02:51Real quick before we move on, you were a defensive lineman, Mojo.
02:55That's not a body of a defensive lineman, all kidding aside, right?
02:58He is far too light for this to be a comeback.
03:01I know a lot of people have seen the photo and said, oh, I think J.J.'s gearing up
03:05to return to the NFL.
03:07That's not a defensive lineman's body in the NFL, right?
03:10You know, Babcock, I honestly think it could be, you know?
03:14Not every system needs a bigger defensive end.
03:17I mean, some teams have those lighter, quicker guys.
03:20I don't know what his actual conditioning and speed work looks like right now.
03:24I mean, from the photos, it looks like his numbers in the weight room probably are holding
03:28pretty good.
03:29But let's keep in mind, this is J.J. Watt here.
03:31The guy probably could have lost 100 pounds off of every lift he has, lost 0.2 seconds
03:37on the 40 and still be head and shoulders above just about anybody else at his position
03:42group.
03:42I mean, he was the guy.
03:45I mean, this dude even scored touchdowns on offense.
03:47He was so important to the teams that he played for.
03:49So, again, J.J. could move a couple steps and still do well in the NFL.
03:55I don't know if he would want to return after retiring the way he did and the manner he
03:59did with the numbers, you know, that he had.
04:02So this is probably it.
04:04Probably just a hobby.
04:05I mean, this is an all-in or all-out kind of guy, right?
04:09And clearly the weights are staying all-in.
