00:00So Luke, what are you looking forward to this year's Highland Games?
00:02I think, as per every year, just the people here that come along, it's really nice to
00:07see the support that, you know, people come and see the Stoltman stall and see us there
00:11and then obviously see the heavyweights come and see how they got on with the actual games
00:15themselves.
00:16But yeah, just the people coming, the athletes that are competing and just that good energy
00:20that it brings to the day in Inverness.
00:23And what's your favourite part of the day?
00:27I think it's just meeting different people, speaking to different people.
00:31It's really nice here in Inverness Games that so many different people from all over the
00:36world come and I think that's what makes it a really unique and beautiful place to come
00:40in the day.
00:41So hopefully that's the same on Saturday and then everyone can go to the Keighley tent
00:45later on and have a good time, that would be really nice.
00:47And have you got any tips for any of the heavyweights that are competing?
00:52I would say enjoy it.
00:54We know there's a French guy, Victor actually, he's over for his first Highland game so we
00:59were training with him yesterday so he's looking really good so we said to let out his inner
01:04primal instinct so that aggression, enjoy it and use the energy from the day.
01:10Use the energy from the people here, the crowd, hopefully the crowd will be nice and loud
01:14so use that energy to really kind of push yourself and do what you can do.
