00:00Thank you Madam Speaker. And today, our girls are under attack. Our daughters are under
00:10attack. And I ask this, what about their freedoms? What about their rights? Do they not have
00:18any rights? Do they not have any freedoms? I say they do. And I am here to protect women
00:25and girls' rights and freedoms. For more than 50 years, Title IX has ensured our daughters
00:34have access to quality education and athletic programs. But now, President Biden and his
00:42bureaucrats at the Department of Education are hell-bent on erasing those vital protections
00:49for our girls. This rule to redefine sex discrimination on the basis of gender identity
01:00will force schools to provide biological men, who claim to be women, access to women's locker
01:07rooms. Yes, that is the truth. That is not fear. That is the truth. And they will also
01:15be allowed to go to their same bathrooms. Right? What about our daughters' rights? What
01:23about our daughters' freedoms? What about their rights? What about their girls' rights
01:28and women's rights to have safety and feel security? Do they not have any rights anymore?
01:35They should not be an expense at all. This is absolutely ridiculous. And you want to
01:43talk about us fear-mongering? If these allegations that we're talking about right now wouldn't
01:50be true, he wouldn't have had to redefine the law without congressional consent. He
01:58did it with a stroke of his pen. The rule to refine sex discrimination on the basis
02:04of gender identity will, I'm going to say it again, force schools to provide biological
02:09men, who claim to be women, access to their locker rooms.
