1970s Virex virus spray TV commercial (they still make it - I've never heard of it). I guess it is for the janitorial crowd. In 1970 it was made by Johnson Wax. In 2024, it is made by Diversey. Johnson Wax bought Diversey in 2002, and they put their former Johnson Wax product under the Diversey label. Johnson sold the Diversey line in 2009. Diversey changed corporate hands 3 more times. The last time was in 2023.

Repeatedly selling a subsidiary corporation: what analogy could be used - CORPORATE CHECKERS, or CORPORATE CHESS?
