00:00Genetically modified mosquitoes have gotten the green light to be released in America.
00:06They say these mosquitoes, they don't bite people, they just mate with the females, and
00:10they're modified so that the offspring die off.
00:14The lethality gene they put in, it actually doesn't kill all the mosquitoes.
00:18It only kills the females.
00:20The males go on living.
00:22In other words, the GMO mosquitoes do bite humans.
00:28Some of the programs are about using the mosquitoes for other things, like vaccinating people
00:33against their will.
00:36In September 2022, NPR declared that the researchers had successfully vaccinated people using these
00:43GMO mosquitoes.
00:45One of the lead scientists on the program told the publication that we use the mosquitoes
00:50like they're 1,000 small flying syringes.
00:55Well, look, what's the big concern here?
00:57Well, partially true narratives are being used to roll out a program to release GMO insects.
01:05The program does not have a lasting effect.
01:08And even beyond that, the programs are linked to others that could be used to involuntarily
01:13vaccinate people.
