00:00Maryland seems to be also in the positive here, but not quite as successful as New York.
00:08Is that fair?
00:09Yeah, it's certainly fair, Craig, and I think Maryland is a rather steady market that we've
00:17seen over the last handful of months.
00:21They are starting to seemingly increase their hold, the win rate for the sportsbooks each
00:30month.
00:31And two sportsbooks there, FanDuel and local operator Crab Sports, they both held 14% of
00:40their handle in June, which is well above the national average.
00:46We typically see news organizations and whatnot, the industry leans on this 7% industry average
00:56hold.
00:57We have seen that trend start to tick up a little bit more towards 8%, 9% in some markets.
01:05And a lot of that has to do with those parlay betting, like we've talked about plenty here
01:09over the last couple of weeks, Craig.
01:12FanDuel, Crab Sports, both holding 14% in June in Maryland.
01:19Overall, about $385 million in bets during the month in Maryland.
01:26That's up 50% from June of last year.
01:30So New York, Maryland, a handful of other states now as we're starting to see some June
01:36reports come in, also showing positive signs from June last year to this year.
