00:00In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
00:09Recently, the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom has published
00:14the annual report of 2024.
00:17Every year, concerns are presented by this commission on Pakistan.
00:22This time, they have included Pakistan in Countries of Particular Concern.
00:27In this annual report of International Religious Freedom,
00:30many demands have been made to Pakistan.
00:33Two of these demands are very noteworthy.
00:36It is written that release blasphemy prisoners and other individuals
00:40in prison for their religion or beliefs.
00:43That is, all those criminals who are imprisoned in jails due to 295C or blasphemy laws
00:49and they have been imprisoned due to some blasphemy,
00:53all those people should be released.
00:55The next thing is written that repeal blasphemy and anti-Ahmadiyya laws.
01:00That is, the 295C blasphemy law and 298C anti-Ahmadiyya laws should be abolished from Pakistan.
01:08In this report, it has been requested that until these laws are not abolished,
01:13until then, anyone who is arrested under the law of blasphemy in Pakistan,
01:18should be treated as a bailable offense.
01:22It is noteworthy that it has also been said in the recommendations
01:26that such individuals who promote such laws should be banned from entering America.
01:32And along with this, according to the International Religious Freedom Act,
01:36the laws of Pakistan should be repealed.
01:41In this report, forced conversion, 295C and 298C were accused of misuse.
01:48Regarding forced conversion, I have visited the whole of Pakistan
01:53and I have interviewed people from more than 50 different religious groups.
02:03I can say with certainty that there is no such thing as forced conversion in Pakistan.
02:09All the people who have participated in the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom report,
02:19they should first pay attention to how a large number of mosques have been targeted in Gaza and Palestine.
02:30In fact, the mosques of many other religions, including the Porphyrius Church,
02:36have been severely damaged.
02:39The situation is such that in Palestine and Gaza,
02:42at the moment, hungry, thirsty and desperate,
02:45innocent children are dying at the hands of their mothers.
02:49Do they not see the violation of human rights in Palestine and Gaza at the moment?
02:55And making the environment unlivable,
02:58where starvation is being used as a war tool after weaponization,
03:03before pointing fingers at Pakistan,
03:06I think that in Palestine,
03:08the way human rights violations and religious freedom are being neglected,
03:14they should first pay attention to it.
