00:30The night in which Big went to the Peterson Museum, Clark Kent, that I had no knowledge
00:45of brother, I had no knowledge of this until he got on another somebody, somebody else
00:50platform and spoke about it.
00:52He said, he told, asked Big what he was doing that night because he was supposed to go to
00:57London with Big and Clark Kent said, what are you going to the Peterson Museum for bro?
01:05He said, DRock and Puff set it up.
01:11They hadn't been nowhere, they hadn't been nowhere other than video shoots, other than
01:18radio, do you understand?
01:22And the Soul Train Awards.
01:25They wasn't going out to no party, no clubs and no hip hop scene, they wasn't doing none
01:30of that brother.
01:33But that one particular night they go out and it was because of Puff and DRock.
01:42Clark Kent said that shit himself.
01:44I've been saying it for years, but everybody was saying, I'm capping, nah.
01:52What do you call Clark Kent?
01:53Is he capping?
01:55He's the vice president of a record company.
01:58You understand what I'm saying?
02:01He was DJing for Big.
02:04Is he capping?
02:06All these people should smack they self brother.
02:10Because what happened is, when people hear the truth, they can't believe it.
02:16Why?
02:17They can't understand it.
02:22But it happened.
02:25We couldn't have done nothing.
02:28Because there was no we.
02:31It was no we out there.
02:34Big had a security, Paul Offord, Reggie Bullock.
02:39Puff had me and Kenny.
02:44We was down six to eight other men.
02:47Fuck we going to do?
02:48And there's 23 people in the entourage.
02:51And none of them got no guns.
02:55You don't go Cali empty handed.
03:02If I could have saved Big Life, man, listen here, man.
03:07I would have did everything in my power, man.
03:10And I'm tired of people, because people don't understand that shit fucks with me, bro.
03:14And it still fucks with me.
03:16I said, Puff, I got some intel.
03:19The guys are coming to kill us tonight at the museum party.
03:25He said, Gene, I don't want to hear that shit.
03:28He said, you ain't got to go if you don't want to go.
03:30You understand?
03:32But I don't want to hear that.
03:33So quiet as a cat, I'm the only one with toast.
03:42You know what I'm saying?
03:44I know Paul don't have nothing.
03:46I know D-Rock don't have nothing.
03:52I said, yo, y'all ready?
03:54He said, yeah, we ready.
03:55So he pulls out the driveway.
03:58And now we lined up beside the street.
04:03There's cars parked there from the opening of the museum all the way down to the corner.
04:13And we got across the street.
04:18Tone, who was behind me, said, yo, somebody in the car pointing a gun at Big Nim.
04:29I goes to open the door.
04:31I goes to open the door, fucking, next thing you know, you hear him say, pow!
04:40Pow!
04:41Pow!
04:42Pow!
04:43Pow!
04:44Yeah.
04:45There's five or six cars.
04:46They're like, pow!
04:47Pow!
04:48Pow!
04:49Pow!
04:50Right?
04:51Fucking Kenny guns the car going forward.
04:52I said, Kenny, what the fuck is you doing?
04:53He said, he's shooting at Big.
04:54He said, we don't know who he's shooting at.
05:05He goes up the block, stops, and do this three-point something like that U-turn, comes
05:10back.
05:11And as we coming back, we see the guy turning the corner from the corner.
05:17He was parked on the corner because there's no way he could have got on the side unless
05:20his car was already parked there.
05:22You understand what I'm saying?
05:25So now we stopped right in the middle, right in front of Big's car.
05:31We stopped.
05:33Puff jumps out the front seat and runs around there to Big's car.
05:39All that shit running around the block.
05:40I ran down the block and shit like that.
05:42That's bullshit.
05:43When we got in front of the car, he jumps out the car, ran over to Big's side of the
05:47car.
05:48So now I'm behind Puff and I'm looking down the block and everything like that.
05:54Puff said, can you know where the hospital is?
05:56He said, yeah, I know where the hospital is.
05:58And Big, he said, yo, Big, I'm going to get you to the hospital.
06:00Big, I'm going to get you to the hospital.
06:02And Big said, just do it before I close the door.
06:07He said, just do it.
06:09Lucy said he didn't say nothing.
06:12But I see he's a 17 year old kid.
06:14He in shock and everything like that.
06:16You know what I'm saying?
06:17When those shots went off, I heard somebody was on your program said everybody ducked
06:22down in the car.
06:23Only one person ducked and that was Puff.
06:26Everybody else was trying to look back or was looking back at the situation.
06:30Anything he was driving for, we all was trying to look back.
06:33You know what I'm saying?
06:35You finally got to the hospital and you found out that Big had died.
06:38How did you feel?
06:39I knew he was dead.
06:40You already knew.
06:42I already knew.
06:46When we pulled him out the car and I know people going, you know, cause you know how
06:52the internet is, yo, you didn't have to say that.
06:56When he had soiled himself, let me just put that way.
07:00And I grabbed him and you had the stint.
07:03I dropped his leg, man.
07:05It's like all my strength had left my body.
07:09You know what I'm saying?
07:11And then I heard somebody say, G what you doing?
07:14And I just grabbed him and we put him up on that damn stretcher.
07:18That's a lot of dead weight, bro.
07:20But I was like, Paul said, Paul came to me and said, yo, Gene, what's wrong?
07:24I said, that nigga dead, Paul.
07:26He said, nah, dog.
07:27He just was hit.
07:28It's trauma.
07:29I said, nigga, he pissed and shit on himself.
07:31He dead.
07:32And so then I walk in the hospital, Puff come and running out the back door and he grabbed
07:40my arms.
07:42He grabbed both of my arms cause they was giving the people in the hospital a lot of
07:45problems cause now fans and people in there who the entourage like that, I'm like, yo,
07:49y'all get the fuck out this hospital right now.
07:52Now I'm in my beast mode.
07:54Ain't nobody, you know, I hate to be like that because it's hard to come back from that.
08:01And that always got me in a lot of trouble, but Puff grabbed me both about both of my
08:05arms.
08:06He said, Gene, we got to pray.
08:07We got to pray.
08:09And I pushed that nigga hands off me and I said, pray for what that niggas did.
08:15I did not receive any, we did not receive any type of warnings beforehand from the
08:22party or they were saying like we had received threats.
08:25We didn't receive threats.
08:27We didn't, we didn't feel any type of tension.
08:30I got a phone call from Unique from Mecca audio, right?
08:36And Unique from Mecca audio say, yo, vest up.
08:40You know, those guys is coming to get y'all.
08:43I tell Chaz the day of the party, I spoke to Chaz, he said, yeah, it's going to be some
08:50street shit, bro.
08:51I'm letting you know that.
08:54So now I call my man, I forgot his name D, his name D, but I called him.
08:59He used to fuck around with Jodeci.
09:01I asked him, was they coming to the party?
09:04Because we go into the vibe party and he said, nah, we ain't going.
09:09So I come in the house because I was at the Beverly Hills hotel and I go directly upstairs.
09:19And I say, Paul, what Puff, he upstairs with Kim.
09:22So I call him.
09:23I say, Puff, he comes to the top of the staircase and I say, yo, Puff, I got some intel, brother.
09:30You understand?
09:31Uh, now Puff, no, he ain't never heard me ever tell him not to go nowhere.
09:39And I didn't tell him not to go nowhere that night.
09:42I said, Puff, I got some intel.
09:45The guys are coming to kill us tonight at the, uh, at the museum party.
09:51He said, Gene, I don't want to hear that shit.
09:53He said, you ain't got to go if you don't want to go, you understand?
09:58But I don't want to hear that.
09:59He did all feel that his life was in danger.
10:05He never told me, I can only speak, he never told me he felt that his life was in danger.
10:09Every day is real, that's how real it is.
10:13I think somebody's trying to kill me.
10:15I'll be waking up paranoid.
10:16I'll be really scared.
10:17I'll just be paralyzed.
10:18That's just the way I am.
10:19You done.
10:20You be seeing me scared to death.
10:21Some of his associates, I still want to strangle them.
10:34Big used to always clown him.
10:35Biggie's mother, Valetta Wallace, has revealed her son's true feelings towards Diddy and
10:39they are not good.
10:41During an interview with The Breakfast Club, Valetta revealed that she always felt like
10:44strangling Biggie's associates.
10:46You know, some of his associates, I still want to strangle them.
10:51To add on to this, Diddy's former bodyguard, Gene Deal, also talked about how much Biggie
10:56hated Diddy.
10:57In a recent interview, Gene said that Biggie and Diddy weren't as close as Diddy portrays
11:01and that Biggie was aware that Diddy was robbing him.
11:04Gene also revealed that Biggie was planning on getting his publishing rights back from
11:33Diddy.
12:03Gene also claimed that the late rapper had made moves to leave Bad Boy for a lucrative
12:06deal worth more than $60 million.
12:09Deal said he saw Biggie's Bad Boy contract when he had to watch over Diddy's briefcase
12:13during a flight.
12:14It outlined Big's earnings in increments of $250,000 but left publishing income in Puff's
12:19possession.
12:20When he asked Biggie about it, the rapper allegedly told him about his new deal and
12:24all the money he'd make.
12:25You know, Big had a contract, and what happened was when me and Puff rode on a plane coming
12:30back down there, Puff gave me his briefcase and everything like that, like, yo, here,
12:35like me carry this shit.
12:36He said, all right, motherfucker, I got five hours, six hours on this thing, let me see
12:40what's in the briefcase.
12:41And then at the end of the contract, I was skimming through it, at the end of the contract
12:44said we're going to discuss about you getting your publishing and your marketing back.
12:50And they, I think the contract was for so many years, for like $62 million, it comes
12:56out to like $62 million.
12:58Fans have commented about this, with one fan saying,
13:01"'Everybody knew Big would leave.'
13:02Big outgrew Puff's.
13:04Puff gave Big his break.
13:05But Puff could never be on the level without Big.
13:07If Puff could not of Big, nobody can't."
13:10Another fan added,
13:11"'Remember when Big's daughter said she wasn't invited to the Bad Boy reunion tour?'
13:15Says a lot about Diddy Puff."
13:16A third fan wrote,
13:17"'I'd always thought it was weird that Biggie started his label outside of Bad Boy, and
13:21whenever he spoke of Puff, it was always about business, not personal like the way he spoke
13:26of other people like Jay-Z.'"
13:27Another fan added,
13:28"'Biggie and Diddy definitely weren't as close as everybody thought.'
13:31Puffy never shows up at any event or tribute related to Biggie or anything."
13:35In a separate interview, Gene revealed that Diddy lied to Biggie's mother about not knowing
13:39him because he knew that Gene would expose him and reveal what happened on the night
13:42of Biggie's death.
13:43"'Mama my name, but he told her he didn't know me.
13:46The reason he probably did that was because he knew that I was going to tell Ms. Wallace
13:50all what happened.'"
13:51Fans have called out Diddy for pretending to care about Biggie, with one particular
13:54fan stating,
13:55"'What's sick is that Puff still to this day acts like he was a good person to Big.
13:59I really feel like he set this man up, the same man who helped him get to where he is
14:03now.
14:04Trust nobody.'"
14:05Another fan added,
14:06"'When Puff Daddy claimed Biggie was taking 30 days to write a song for Life After Death,
14:11was there more to the story?
14:13Biggie was trapped in a web of financial woes, shackled by a damning contract with Bad Boy
14:18Records.
14:19But amidst the writing process for Life After Death, whispers circulated of Biggie's intentions
14:25to leave Bad Boy for greener pastures.
14:28Diddy caught wind of Biggie's plans and sought to execute his departure by any means necessary.
14:34And so, on that fateful night, the unresolved tensions boiled over, culminating in tragedy.
14:43Was Biggie's prolonged songwriting process a guise for his impending exodus from Bad
14:48Boy Records?
14:50And did Puff Daddy's desperation to retain control lead to the events of March 9th, 1997?
14:57The mysteries surrounding Biggie's final days continue to linger.
15:02What really happened?
15:04You be the judge.
15:05Let us know in the comments."
15:06Jay-Z and Puffy wanted Biggie killed.
15:12Bottom line.
15:13You don't have to believe me, believe the facts.
15:17Here's a man that wanted to leave Bad Boy.
15:21He wanted to do his own thing.
15:24He mentioned several times how he was tired of being used and abused.
15:29That he was bigger than Bad Boy itself.
15:32Somebody, and we ain't gonna call no more names, dangled a bogus contract in front of
15:41his face so he wouldn't leave the company.
15:47How I know I was there.
15:51Another thing, Jay-Z wanted him out of the industry, period, so he could take over and
16:01be the biggest hip-hop artist around.
16:06And I wonder who's the biggest hip-hop artist today?
16:11It's all business, folks.
16:13And unfortunately, you as a fan, most of you won't understand, but it was all about the
16:18business and the two billionaires have done what they seeded to do.
16:27Mase knew that those cats and people was trying to get at Big.
16:37He had to know because he went to the game.
16:39And when he came back to that basketball game in California, the week of the Soul Train,
16:47when you see that picture when he was with those Dog Pound guys in the whole nine yards,
16:52he knew they wanted Big and Puff.
16:56And he told Puff, and Puff probably told him not to say nothing to Big because that would
17:03have probably spooked Big a little more so Big didn't go out that weekend.
17:09You understand?
17:10Because I'm sure if Mase would have been like, yo, Big, yo, them niggas talking about they
17:17want to get you.
17:18They want the people, the fans, all the people in the gym, those dudes up there, Big.
