00:00Welcome to WatchMojo, and today we're counting down our picks for the top 10 times movie
00:11jerks celebrated too early.
00:22For this list we'll be looking at tormentors from movies who really should have held off
00:25on their touchdown dance.
00:27This entails a few spoilers.
00:29Who's your favorite movie jerk who celebrated too early?
00:32Sound off in the comments.
00:34Number 10.
00:35John Kreese – The Karate Kid Of all the villains in this 80s classic, Sensei
00:41Kreese is the worst.
00:54We mean any grown man who picks on teenagers has issues.
00:58His students were already beaten by an old man, and Daniel fought every single round
01:02of the tournament himself to reach the end while Cobra Kai got to divide the fights between
01:07different students.
01:14So where on earth did this guy summon all this unearned confidence?
01:18In the final match of the tournament, he has no doubt that Johnny will beat Daniel.
01:23He assumes the trophy is already his.
01:26Nevertheless, Daniel wins the match even in spite of Cobra Kai's cheating.
01:35Number 9.
01:36Scott Farkas – A Christmas Story Scott is the perfect representation of a classic
01:41schoolyard jerk.
01:49He revels in taunting and tormenting Ralphie and his friends every chance he gets.
01:54Whether it be physically subduing them until they submit by saying uncle, or commanding
01:59them around like dogs, Scott takes a particular joy in tearing them down.
02:07But one day he pushes Ralphie too far.
02:09Scott throws a snowball in Ralphie's face, laughing like a villain, and tells Ralphie
02:14to come to him.
02:15Well, Ralphie comes at him alright.
02:18Scott isn't laughing so much anymore while Ralphie lays him out in front of everybody.
02:27Number 8.
02:28Gaston – Beauty and the Beast We all cheered when Gaston got what he deserved
02:33when fighting the Beast.
02:38But we're talking about a lesser-recognized but still iconic moment of Gaston falling
02:43flat on his face.
02:44Literally.
02:45Gaston fancies himself the handsomest, most desirable man in town.
03:00And with all the women in town fawning over him, it's easy to see how his head got so
03:04big.
03:05He is so confident that Belle will accept his marriage proposal, he stages the wedding
03:09outside her house before even asking.
03:11Belle rejects him so hard that he face-plants out of her house and into a pool of mud.
03:17Guess he shouldn't have invited the townspeople to watch.
03:28Number 7.
03:29Draco Malfoy – Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
03:34Those of us who saw this movie in the theater probably still remember the cheer that roared
03:38across the audience when Hermione punched Draco in the face.
03:46Draco is a ruthless Slytherin from pretty much the second he meets the Golden Trio and
03:51Harry rejects his friendship.
04:04For whatever reason, it makes him feel big to make others feel small.
04:08He is particularly proud of himself for getting Hagrid in trouble and his Hippogriff Buckbeak
04:12put to death.
04:14He even scouts the perfect location for a viewing with his goons.
04:17But Hermione knocks that smirk right off his face.
04:20In Ron's words, it was brilliant.
04:26Number 6.
04:27Lucky Patrick Murray – Here Comes the Boom
04:31Yes, this one is a legitimate MMA fight, but Scott's opponent is a total jerk about it.
04:41He's obnoxious, he's disrespectful and totally gets what he deserves.
04:45Lucky is so unsportsmanlike as he taunts Scott around the ring and purposefully humiliates
04:51him.
04:52He laughs and throws his arms up in triumph when he thinks he's about to win the match.
04:55But having had enough, Scott swings wildly and lays him out with one monster punch.
05:09And to add insult to injury, Scott ralphs up his applesauce all over the guy.
05:14Maybe next time he'll think twice about celebrating before the match is over.
05:23Number 5.
05:24Regina George – Mean Girls Regina George is a mean girl to her own friends.
05:30She strategically manipulates and puts them down in order to stay on top.
05:42She even keeps a book full of insults about peers and faculty.
05:46And for whatever reason, everyone still loves her.
05:57But when she starts to lose that power, she makes her most maniacal move of all and spreads
06:01the burn book pages throughout the school.
06:04She stands smiling as she watches chaos ensue.
06:07Little did she know Janice was about to dethrone her once and for all.
06:11The same crowd that once aspired to be like Regina George, cheers Janice as she stage
06:16dives into them.
06:30Forget about the burn book, Janice wins burn of the century.
06:34Number 4.
06:35White Goodman – Dodgeball A true underdog story.
06:40This guy has made a career out of picking on his patrons.
06:43You can see this in his commercials and even in the videos he plays in his own gym that
06:47he body shames his gym members.
06:58It is one thing when White decides to buy average joes after it is in foreclosure.
07:02But when Peter and his friends are just trying to save their gym by competing in dodgeball,
07:07White joins the tournament with the sole purpose of keeping them under his thumb.
07:20He just needs to feel like he's better than everyone.
07:22In the final faceoff between him and Peter, White goes off on this super condescending
07:27speech only to be nailed right in the face by a blindfolded Peter.
07:43What a humiliating loss.
07:46Number 3.
07:47The Stepsisters – Cinderella This one is the definition of celebrating too
07:53early.
08:02They give it the old college try, but both of the stepsisters, Drizella and Anastasia
08:07embarrass themselves trying to fit into the glass slipper.
08:11Anastasia tries to hide her much larger foot under her dress, but she's not fooling anyone.
08:17Drizella actually has everyone believing her for a moment.
08:29But anyone can see that the shoe is struggling to not explode off her foot as she screams
08:34with joy that it in fact fits.
08:36But was she kidding?
08:38That thing shoots off her giant foot like a bullet from a gun.
08:49Number 2.
08:51Fred O'Banion – Dazed and Confused There are school jerks, and then there's
08:56this guy.
08:57It's a tradition for the new seniors to haze the incoming freshmen by a way of paddling.
09:07But Fred takes a particular joy in welcoming the new students, Mitch and Carl, to the high
09:12school.
09:23After the initial beating, the battle between O'Banion and Mitch and his friends goes
09:27back and forth a bit, but it's the freshman that gets the final word.
09:31Fred thinks he's about to come out on top and finally gets the best of them, but the
09:35freshmen humiliate him by dumping paint on him.

10:04Buford Mad Dog Tannen – Back to the Future Part 3
10:08In any timeline, Biff, or whatever past or future counterpart of him is present, always
10:13thinks he's got Marty and his parents beat.
10:23Whether it be in a hoverboard chase, an old western shootout, or a good old-fashioned
10:28high school fistfight, he is always knocked down a peg.
10:32We're giving ancestor Buford Tannen the specific shoutout here because he had it worst
10:37of all.
10:441955 Biff got walloped and a face full of manure while 2015's Griff got arrested.
10:50Buford got all of the above.
10:52He thinks he killed Marty in the shootout and starts to celebrate.
10:56That is until Marty hops up and he is beaten, dropped into a wheelbarrow full of manure
11:01and arrested by the sheriff.
11:03The hat trick.
