นายเสนอ วิสุทธนะ ประธาน สหภาพแรงงานฯ การไฟฟ้านครหลวง ได้ออกมาคัดค้านการขึ้นค่าไฟฟ้า ที่ทาง กกพ. เสนอปรับค่า Ft ขึ้นเป็น 3 ช่วง ซึ่งจะเป็นผลทำให้ค่าไฟฟ้าเพิ่มขึ้น ชี้นโยบายนี้เป็นการผลักภาระให้กับประชาชนอย่างไม่เป็นธรรม ทางสหภาพแรงงานฯ การไฟฟ้านครหลวงจึงขอคัดค้านการขึ้นค่าไฟตามที่ กกพ. เสนอ พร้อมเตรียมยื่นหนังสือคัดค้านให้กับนายกรัฐมนตรีด้วย
