00:00Over the past eight years, we've seen so many people in the entertainment industry completely
00:12broken by the election of Donald Trump.
00:15They never thought it was possible.
00:16They thought it was a joke.
00:17They didn't think it could be real.
00:19And then 2016 happened and they completely melted down.
00:22And for four years, they were melting down until 2020 when they got their guy, Joe Biden
00:28in office.
00:29And with the help of a lot of people in Hollywood to do that, well, now here we are in 2024.
00:35Looks like once again, Donald Trump is the favorite to get back in the Oval Office and
00:40people in Hollywood can't stand it.
00:42But you would think that some of these people, regardless of how much they despise him, could
00:46maybe go 48 hours without saying something horrific after the man just came inches away
00:53from losing his life on national television at a rally, the same rally where Donald Trump
00:58supporters were injured and one was tragically killed.
01:02But for some people, that's not the case.
01:04Take Jack Black, for instance, the man who just weeks ago was out there campaigning for
01:09Biden, making appearances, doing all of these things.
01:12You know what?
01:13They decided that a tenacious D concert, that would be the best time to say they wish that
01:17Donald Trump had been shot in the head.

02:49I wonder if there's going to be any statements disowning something like this.
02:53Would Lucasfilm or Disney like to comment on one of their actors on the Mandalorian
02:56promoting and at the very least not pecking down and calming the actual abhorrent rhetoric
03:00on stage about joking about the assassination attempt, failing to kill Donald Trump, or
03:06is calling for peace between neighbors like I did the only values you at Disney Lucasfilm
03:10find abhorrent and like making dangerous statements towards your female cast members to broadcast
03:15out to the Hollywood press and world.

03:20Or last week's Mark Ruffalo comment or all the ones we have well documented before.
03:25This is it's pretty crazy, right?
03:28To see and I get it, right?
03:30Half the people in this country hate Donald Trump.
03:32Half the people in this country like or love Donald Trump.
03:34I get that.
03:35Yeah, I get hating somebody.
03:37But the idea that you can't go a couple days after we witnessed the first assassination
03:42attempt of its kind like that in decades happening live on television.
03:47One of the most insane things we've seen in this social media era, one of the most viral
03:51stories to happen and you can't calm it down for a little bit.
03:57You have to sit there on stage and pray.
03:59Use a birthday wish.

04:02Your bandmate, your longtime Tenacious D bandmate, don't miss Trump next time and you don't immediately
04:08maybe have a problem with that or at least say, well, you know, I wouldn't go that far.

04:22But the idea that you have this, that this is the state of Hollywood, that Jack Black,
04:27you know, just weeks after campaigning effectively with Biden and supporting Biden, that this
04:34is the look.
04:35This is what this is what Donald Trump has done in the entertainment industry to Hollywood
04:39to so many people.
04:40He is truly and utterly broken them.
04:42And now we have this Jack Black under fire for, quite frankly, something that's pretty
04:48fucked up to say just 48 hours removed from an attempt on Donald Trump's life.
