00:00It's great to be here today for the launch of the Diageo Baileys Irish Dairy Champion
00:06Cow Competition. This is a competition which is much sought after by every farmer in the
00:10country. We're very fortunate in this country to have the best milk anywhere in the world
00:15and the best drinks industry anywhere in the world. And of course that combination of Irish
00:19milk and Irish spirits comes together to create Irish Cream Liqueur of which Diageo Baileys
00:25is a wonderful example. And I wish everyone well who are taking part in the competition
00:29and indeed I wish Tierlon and Diageo Baileys very well for their wonderful partnership
00:34for the year ahead as well. Sustainability continues to be a core part of the Baileys
00:38journey and we continue to provide innovations with our long term partners such as Tierlon
00:44around our packaging and production commitments. We've seen the introduction of new packaging
00:49methods such as the aluminium can and paper based packaging and those will continue to
00:54support the long term viability and the long term success of what is a global success story
00:59that is Baileys. We have been a key partner in providing fresh Irish Cream for Baileys
01:05Irish Cream Liqueur since the beginning. Our facilities and our people in Virginia County
01:11Cabin and Ballyrugged County Kilkenny are central to this partnership. Producing cream
01:17that makes Baileys so distinctive and so delicious. The Baileys Cow Competition is a prestigious
01:24event that showcases the best of Irish dairy breeding and management. I look forward to
01:30seeing the entries at the Virginia Show on the 21st of August and the excitement of the
01:36upcoming competition. I would like to wish all the participants the very best of luck.
