00:00Hey basketball fans, you won't believe the heart-pounding action from Team USA's latest pre-Olympic scrimmage.
00:05The US men's basketball team pulled off a thrilling win against Australia, edging them out 98-92 in Abu Dhabi.
00:12Now check this out.
00:14Team USA was cruising with a 24-point lead at one point, but Australia wasn't backing down.
00:19They clawed their way back, cutting the lead to just six points in the fourth quarter.
00:23But then, Tyrese Halliburton steps up, nails back-to-back threes,
00:27and puts the Americans back up by 12 with just two and a half minutes left.
00:31Talk about clutch.
00:32Australia made it interesting, though, trimming the lead to just four points with less than 10 seconds on the clock.
00:38But Team USA sealed the deal at the free-throw line.
00:41Phew, what a game!
00:42Anthony Davis was an absolute beast, leading the team with 17 points, 14 rebounds and two blocks.
00:48And he wasn't alone.
00:49Six players hit double figures.
00:51Devin Booker with 16, Anthony Edwards with 14, LeBron James and Joel Embiid both with 10,
00:56and Bam Adebayo also with 10.
00:58These guys were on fire from deep, hitting 12 out of 29 threes.
01:02But it wasn't all smooth sailing.
01:04Turnovers were a problem again, with 18 giveaways against Australia, following 15 against Canada.
01:09Something to keep an eye on as they get ready for Paris.
01:12Coach Steve Kerr made some moves, too.
01:14Anthony Edwards and Jason Tatum joined James, Embiid and Curry in the starting lineup.
01:19Booker and Holliday came off the bench, teaming up with Davis, Adebayo and Halliburton throughout the game.
01:24Eric White, who stepped in for Kawhi Leonard, didn't see any action.
01:28And Kevin Durant missed his second straight scrimmage, still recovering from that calf injury.
01:33So there you have it folks.
01:34Team USA shows its depth and resilience, but there's still room for improvement before the Paris Olympics.
