00:19These are just some of the problems faced by the streets in Metro Manila,

00:23making it more difficult for persons with disability.

00:27The ramp at the new Edsa Busway Station in Quezon City was made for them.

00:32But it was blocked because aside from being narrow, it's also dangerous.

00:38We went to the station with Nelson, a wheelchair user of the Safe Haven group.

00:43From the bench, Nelson went up the footbridge first.

00:47But on the first ramp, when the lift came out...
