00:22The first step is you wanna find out,
00:23did you have a discretionary commission arrangement?
00:25The second step is if you did,
00:28then you want it to log that as a complaint
00:30and these do it automatically for you.
00:32And then you've beaten the time bar.
00:34And if the regulator does rule as expected
00:36in the 25th of September that there was systemic mis-selling
00:39then you're in there and you should be due a payout.
