00:10to raise awareness of organ donation and who better to do it than this little girl who
00:17received a new heart herself this time last year.
00:24She and her family want awareness of organ donation to be included in school lessons
00:31and they want more people to sign up for the organ donation register.
00:36She has a message for the Prime Minister.
