00:03Like you said, injured almost every other week and, you know, just your mind was there,
00:08but your body maybe was like, maybe we should have taken a step back.
00:12Honestly, no, because I know with Dani, there is like, it doesn't matter.
00:16I wouldn't be able to convince her otherwise.
00:18And honestly, I didn't want to because I know that if somebody can handle it, it's her.
00:23She's just very, very strong physically, mentally.
00:27She ended up having two fractured heels at the end of the season,
00:31like her bones, the heels gave out and cracked by the finale.
00:36But I was wrecked.
00:39But honestly, it's looking back, you know, it's amazing, you know, to say that, you know,
00:48you were this active, you know, with your baby still so, so little.
00:54And then right after that, you know, going through all together as a family and our baby
00:59has already traveled, I don't know, three countries, 30 states, 70 cities, you know,
01:06so it's, I don't know, it's, none of it is easy.
01:10It's not easy.
01:10But it is, I don't know, I think it's just so important and so exciting and so fulfilling
01:16that wouldn't change a thing and wouldn't want her to change a thing.
01:21How did you dance with two fractured heels?
01:23That's insane.
01:25Oh, I mean, I...
01:28Shots.
01:29Yeah, I had to get shots during the finale because
01:33leading up to the finale, we were training this...
01:36Basically, my freestyle in the show was a crazy lindy hop,
01:41which means I have a lot of tricks that were, I'm landing, I'm landing on my own.
01:45There's no one there to catch me.
01:47So every day that week, I was practicing that dance, landing, landing, landing.
01:52And because my joints were so fragile,
01:56every time I was landing, I was like getting like stress fractures in my heels.
02:01And came the finale, I was just in excruciating pain and I couldn't do it.
02:06I was like, I don't know what to do anymore.
02:09I was like, I have to get something.
02:10And a doctor came during the finale and gave me shots
02:16and was like injecting me right before the live show.
02:20Like minutes before the live show.
02:21And that got me through half the show.
02:26And then he came again and he had to give me more to get me through the show
02:30because it was just excruciating pain.
02:32And the day after, Plush was like, I think it's time to get an MRI.
02:36We need to go see what's happening.
02:38And we went and they told me I have to be off my feet for six weeks
02:43because I have fractured heels.
02:45She was wobbling.
02:46She had two boots on and she was wobbling in two boots around the house.
02:51And with those two boots, I came into rehearsals for tour.
02:55And I was like, I'll be back in two weeks.
02:57I'm going to be back in two weeks.
02:58And our choreographer, Amanda Moore, she's like, I love you so much.
03:02But you are not coming back until you're healed
03:04because if God forbid you don't heal well, there goes your career.
03:08And she was like my mom at the time.
03:10She was so good to me.
03:11And she was like, you need to heal before you can even come back.
03:15And she made my comeback into tour so smooth.
03:18Like she was the best.
03:19So yeah, a long journey.
