00:04It better if you eat shaljams in summer or don't eat them anyway.

00:08If you look after your harvest and your field, you will be able to reap the fruits of your labor.

00:10I suggest that you eat shaljam in summer even if you don't eat anything else.

00:13If you don't eat shaljam for winter, you will suffer, and you will not be able to harvest any fruit of your labor.

00:18I also suggest that you throw away shaljams in summer and get rid of your sorrows and pain.
